- "It was brilliant and the first time my dog has been away. This bungalow is fully enclosed so our dogs were able to go in and out without me worrying. Hard floors work for me as so easy to clean. Carpets get grubby with animals and its not my property so dirty footprints wipe away. So close to the beach ect and the dogs were out for hours each day. The sea air and walking certainly tired them out, including myself. Bungalow clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend this property for a lovely quite holiday. The neighbors are very friendly. I put 3 star for communication as there was plenty if info and phone number on booking my holiday should require him. So no we never met. I don't think not meeting him is terrible but it looks like I have to put something in that box so a 3. Would I go again? Most definitely 100%."

Seaways is a 3 bedroom, dog friendly holiday cottage located just a few minutes walk from the blue flag beach at Sutton on Sea. All on one floor, Seaways has been completely renovated and extended to provide 3 bedrooms (2 x king, 1 x twin), 2 shower rooms and a large, bright, open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with double doors opening onto the private and fully enclosed rear garden. There is also parking for 2-3 cars outside the property.

As part of the renovation works in 2021 a brand new kitchen complete with integrated appliances and 2 new shower rooms were fitted. In addition, new windows and doors, new central heating and electrical wiring were fitted throughout. The property was also completely redecorated with new furniture and soft furnishings throughout.

There is a lovely friendly little cinema with muliple screens just round the corner also. The centre of town is also only a short walk or drive. The Beck pub and restaurant is only down the road. Cedar's bar just around the corner showing all the sport as long as other entertainment.
Mablethorpe is a family friendly place, blue flag beaches with tradional seaside entertainments. There is a small fun fair, golf, go karting, The Seal Sanctuary, Donkey Sanctuary in the next village. Skegness is the next big town with larger attractions such as Fantasy Island theme park, 20 minutes drive away. Sutton on Sea is a short drive from Mablethorpe where there a lots of pretty beach huts and more. There is a water park only 5 minutes drive at Grange Leisure Park.
The Beach House is also suitable for your winter break. A warm house with central heating and a wood burner. A home from home with a beach just around the corner for bracing walks and exercise.

A small part of the beach (less than a mile) at Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe is kept for families between May 1st and September 30th.
You then have miles and miles of more promenade and beach - great for walking, cycling, prams, mobility scooters etc ramped at various points to access shops, cafes, etc.

The property was just what we would have expected and needed to make our trip relaxing, the only thing Tim could not wave his magic wand over was the weather but it was actually a welcome break being slightly cooler than being in the North West of the country that week. We took advantage of the vast beach and the girls loved it, running freely with virtually no interruption. Although the water was too cold for a dip it made for some lovely walks. We went Mon-Fri so unfortunately some of the local shops in the town only open later in the week but we had all of supplies to hand with the co-op and Tesco near to site. The property was nicely sheltered from the coastal breeze so we could strike up the BBQ. The property has its own access gate onto the beach which is brilliant for a quick walk to the water. The site is very quiet again this was very welcome and everyone was very friendly. Diesel is cheaper than Petrol in the area by a good 10p / ltr so stock up! We would highly recommend this property for any would be travellers to the area. AB FAB all round!"

- "We had a lovely stay. Colly the host was very attentive and phoned to check all was ok. The caravan is well equipped and very comfortable. We appreciated the high quality tv and wifi. The site is quiet during the day and safe. The caravan is close to the cafe/bar and we found the live music quite loud but it finished by 11pm. Food at the bar was ok, nothing special but convenient when we arrived. Our only issue was that there were no towels in the twin rooms so our kids had to use the hand towels in the bathrooms! I think this is was just a mistake as the caravan was actually very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would return."

You can lock the gate to the veranda/deck area so even if your children can unlock the main door, they cannot get out from the deck area which is such a bonus! Beds were very comfortable, quiet area of the site, we'd recommend hiring a pedal kart to get around site as a little out the way from entertainment. We only stayed for a short 3 night stay so cant comment on entertainment. But overall with the host, caravan and site we were very impressed and happy with what we received for the price!"

My place is a bungalow with two small steps and the front door threshold to manage before you’re in the place. The shower also has a small step into it. There are grab rails in the bathroom and shower but they are not meant to bear full body weight, only to assist.

I try to keep to myself around the house, but you’re welcome to ask me anything at any time, whether I’m home or via the app.

Please don’t book if you have cat allergies!! I have two black cats- they aren’t allowed in the guest room but roam the house freely.

The caravan is just a few mins walk (max 5 mins) to the direct dog friendly beach & only 15 min walk to the town centre, filled with arcades, pubs, restaurants, fair & lots more.

We are dog friendly and welcome 2 large, or 3 small of your pooches!

All bedding is provided - duvet, pillows, sheets.

We have an outdoor shower head to wash down your sandy pooches on return from the beach!

• We provide bedding, duvets, pillow and tea towels but guests must provide their bath towels
• We provide tea and coffee making facilities
• We provide cleaning products & bin bags under the sink, we would encourage you to keep the property in a clean manner, which our team greatly appreciates
• We ask that upon check out guests empty all bins, strip the beds that have been slept in, wash all pots used and leave the accommodation tidy
• We ask that guest leave their footwear at the door to avoid sand, mud and grass being trampled into the carpets.
• We ask that dogs are respectful and don’t jump all over the soft furnishings, however dog blankets have been provided.
• This property is strictly NO smoking or vaping.
• There is no Wifi set up at the property
• Beachfront Gate is locked from around 8pm, for security of the site, with the code provided to gain access after 8pm if required.

A charming silo, on a small family ran campsite. There are toilets and showers on site.

You have a kingsize four poster to ensure a good nights sleep, a sofa for lounging and reading your book and a fire pit to gaze at whilst drinking your wine!

There is power in the hut, and it is lit by romantic fairy lights surrounding the roof of the silo.

The silo comes with glasses, cups, plates and mugs - however, you do need to provide your own sheets and towels (duvets and pillows are provided).

The bungalow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location, 5 minutes walk from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. Great for couples, families, small group getaways with friends and for anyone who just wants to get out of the city and relax on their own.

The space
Shiela's is a lovely comfortable and recently renovated attractive looking home with a south facing sunny veranda. Set in a tranquil position only a few mins to the beach and two nearby club houses. A cosy warm interior tastefully decorated throughout with good quality furnishings and extras.
*A Double bedroom with a comfortable bed and a feature wall, wardrobes and a vanity mirror with USB charger and hand motion light.
*2nd bedroom is a twin room with 2 small wardrobes a bedside cabinet and lamp.
*The bathroom is very modern and totally renovated in 2025 to a high standard with good size power shower WC ,sink and mirror.
*The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, full electric oven and hob. Quality utensils and crockery and a water filter.
* Relax in the comfy lounge area with good size seating and compact dining area.
*USB phone charger point.
*Smart TV. Plenty of DVDs and a games cupboard with few books.
Relax, taking in the rays on the balcony sipping a cool drink.

A token welcome gift of teas/ coffee awaits you. Also a small cleaning package of a dishcloth,sponge teatowel and washing up liquid.
•We provide quality duvets, pillows and tea towels but guests MUST provide their own bedding (ie sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and bath towels.. For hygiene reasons we ask guests NOT to sleep directly on an unprotected bed as this may result in extra cleaning costs.
*The master bedroom has a double bed with pillows and duvet.
*The second bedroom as twin beds both with duvet and pillows.
All beds have mattress and pillow protectors on.
* Well equipped modern kitchen inc toaster, microwave etc. Good quality crockery and plenty of utensils.
