- "When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. Other than that they were very accommodating and even offered us a two bed they had available as there were 4 of us which was really nice of them. Chalet was lovely, comfortable, warm and clean. - "We came during the summer holidays so expected chaos but it was absolutely perfect.We stayed in a platinum lodge which included dishwasher and washing machine.Beds very comfortable too.Showers both easy to use too.Only thing is could do with gates on the veranda as steps are slippery.Hot tub was perfect too and private.The spar shop was reasonable priced,same with the bar and kitchen too.Evening entertainment was good for all ages ,always seemed to be a good crowd and a good vibe 😊Only downside is could do with posters ect with taxi numbers and bus numbers too.Mablethorpe is a bus ride away but if you like walking it's about 40 mins,we walked one day and was just a straight road.We are already looking into booking a holiday there for next year x"

before your departure please ensure the utensils and kitchen equipment and appliances you've used during your stay are cleaned and put away. All damage must be paid for, please check all windows and doors are shut and locked and curtains and blinds closed, with all electrics switched off apart from the fridge freezer and wi-fi modem.

Small to medium sized dogs allowed but must not be allowed on the beds or leather sofas or left in chalet unattended without the use of a cage.
Dogs must be kept on a short lead while on site

Chalet park speed limit is 10mph. Chalet park rules state that no bbq's are aloud on site, this included electric bbq's. Dogs must be kept on a short lead while on the chalet park and dog mess cleared up.

The chalet has Wi-fi, it isn't the strongest wifi you will ever use due to there being no phone lines on site.

I have a nowtv box in the living room wired to the internet, this allows you to access to BBC iPlayer, 4od, itv player and demand 5.

The small bedroom which has a small double bed in is pretty much a bed in a room with a small set of draws and a tv. I'm mentioning this as the small double bed i bought to replace the old one has taken up a lot more room than the other 1 did.

The beautiful golden sandy beaches are a 5 min walk from Park entrance and there is a Land Train which stops on Quebec Road to take you into Mablethorpe Town.

Newly renovated pet friendly 2 bedroom chalet for hire located at Mablethorpe Chalet & Caravan park, Lincolnshire. The chalet sleeps up to 4 people (1 double and 2 bunk beds).

The space
This four berth chalet is only 5 minutes from Mablethope’s wonderful Blue Flag golden sandy beaches and just a short walk from bus routes and the town centre.

The chalet is positioned in the centre of Mablethorpe Caravan Park. The site boasts an onsite shop, restaurant and family friendly pub with regular free entertainment, amusements and children’s park area.

The chalet has two bedrooms (one double and one bunk bed room) and is double glazed throughout.

Duvets and bedding are included in the hire fee, except towels and toiletries which aren't, so don't forget to bring your own towels etc.

Large bright lounge area with plenty of comfy seating, fully fitted including TV with DVD and free digital channels. Pull up coffee table/dining table.

Large covered decking area with outdoor seating.

Large fully fitted modern kitchen including electric hob, grill and oven, sink, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, cutlery, plates, cups etc..

Convenient parking areas are close by. Please don’t park on the grass!

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome but please no dogs on sofas or beds, and no pets to be left unattended in the caravan. Please clean up after your dogs. Any damage will come out of your deposit. There is is a £25 surcharge for pets.

NOTE: ELECTRIC IS ON PAY AS YOU GO METER and you can top up online or telephone. Please remember to top up when you leave and not to leave electric heaters when you are not in the chalet to reduce costs.

NO SMOKING OR BARBEQUES are allowed and any breach will result in you losing your deposit and charged for any all damages caused.

Chalet H3 has one bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed along with a sofa bed in the lounge area, so will sleep 4 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all other standard kitchen appliances.

Within the lounge you will find comfortable seating, along with TV.

There is a shower room and separate WC, both with wash basin.

Outside we have an enclosed decking for pets and children, or just to relax with a bottle of wine!

BBQs are not allowed on this park - please abide by the rule or you could be putting your stay at risk.

Electric is charged by your usage and we take readings on arrival and departure.

We take a 100 deposit upon booking with us, via link and is returned within 48 hours of check out inspection.

Duvets and pillows are provided. You are welcome to bring your own or hire for 7 per double set and 3.50 per single with towels.

Mablethorpe Caravan and Chalet Park in Mablethorpe, is situated on the east coast, just a 10 minute walk from the Blue Flag beach. On site you will find a bar, restaurant and children s playground.

It is also just a 15-20 minute walk from the seaside town centre where you will find shops, arcades and lots to do. There are many local attractions for days out too, including the Seal Sanctuary.

Also close by is Envy Bar; Spick & Span shop; Cedars Bar & Restaurant; a cinema; Tesco and Lidl; pubs and restaurants; amusements; and a pool in Sutton on Sea

There's a bar and restaurant on site called Cedar's, they have entertainment throughout the year but not aware of specific dates.
