Guests can use the facilities at South Cliffs holiday site free of charge which is a few minutes walk away.
Facilities available are a family bar & restaurant, shop, entertainment, amusements, fish & chip shop, laundrette, children’s play area , football pitch, basketball court and new for summer will be a high ropes challenge.

The glorious beach is dog friendly all year round.
It is a 25 minute walk into Bridlington via the sandy beach or promenade.
You can also catch the land train or use the convenient park and ride which is only a few minutes walk away.
You can also catch one of the regular buses here as well.

This South Facing home is situated on a quiet green in South Shore holiday park. 5 minutes walk to the Stunning, all year round, dog friendly beach and sea

Inside you will find the lounge which has a large flat screen smart TV and DVD player, with free Wi-Fi and lots of seating. We provide books, games and DVD's to entertain the family.

The well equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, oven and everything else you would expect from a family kitchen (including children's cutlery and tableware).

The main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe with side tables and reading lamps. The second bedroom, has bunk beds and a hanging clothes rail, the third bedroom has bunk beds and a hanging clothes rail.

The spacious bathroom has a double sized walk in shower, toilet and sink.

We are a dog friendly chalet and provide, dog blankets (for when you want to snuggle on the sofa), dog food mat and bowls, poo bags and toys. We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs.

Superb Pet Friendly 2 bedroom detached holiday chalet with direct access to Bridlington's lovely sandy beach. Brand new in 2019, Puffin sleeps 4 and is located on South Shore Holiday Village. The chalet is beautifully finished internally with a well equipped kitchen, double size shower and open plan lounge/diner. South facing enclosed decking area.

Access into Bridlington is easy either a 20 minute walk or use the Park and Ride located next door, or the land train (seasonal operation).

The space
Puffin Cottage (new in 2019) is a two bedroom chalet with open plan living area. The decking has been extended and is now enclosed creating a safe and secure area for small children and dogs (we allow up to 2 dogs).

Inside there is a wall mounted flat screen TV in the L-shaped lounge, with Amazon fire stick providing access to on demand TV and Prime videos. The well equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, induction hob and oven. The main bedroom has a king size bed and wardrobes and it's own door onto a private decking area at the rear of the chalet. The second bedroom, has full size bunk beds (top bunk only suitable for 60kg and under) and a wardrobe. The spacious bathroom has a double sized walk in shower, toilet, sink and electric shaver point.

The chalet is fully insulated with UPVC double glazing which makes Puffin Cottage ideal for booking all year round, including Christmas.

This is a non-smoking property.

We allow up to two well behaved dogs (unfortunately site rules don’t permit us to accept Rottweilers or XL Bully’s) but please do not let them on furniture or beds and site rules state that dogs must not be left on their own.

This 2 bedroom chalet is set within the South Shore Holiday Park with its own private entrance with a decked patio overlooking a beautiful cornfield towards the sea, where swifts fly overhead in unison & rabbits bunny hop past your breakfast table. A stunning countryside vista from the garden where the sun sets on the horizon next to an award winning pet friendly sandy beach stretching for miles to Bridlington within 20 minutes or the other way towards Fraisthorpe. Doggie paradise! woof! woof!

The space
This space is unique in that once you step out of your car and onto the patio that view is yours and yours alone. You are not overlooking other chalets in the complex. The vast expanse of the fields where horses run, dog walkers pass in the distance, swifts fly in unison overhead swooping and swaying over the ears of corn and a whole display of watership down bunny rabbits right in front of you, is just an amazing vista to see for you, your family and your dog. The beach is only 150 metres away, the cost is actually priceless! If you come here once, you will come again, I can guarantee that, or you get your money back! Pet friendly accommodation. There are two parts of the garden, one patio area and one grassed area with table and benches for eating and also enclosed so your pooch can't get onto the road at the back. A totally secluded peer at nature!
