If you do have children there is a large area where you can step out of the lodge and just enjoy a game of football or cricket etc and the walks for dogs are amazing as you are a stone throw from stunning views of the beach. If you are a golfer its a perfect location as there is a links course within walking distance and if you venture just slightly further you can get the land train into Bridlington (if you don't fancy the small few minutes drive) and do the full seaside experience with beautiful sandy beaches, arcades, candy floss, sticks of rock, fish and chips. Simply the real seaside as we all remember it and should share with younger people. To summarise, this lodge is perfect as it has everything you could possibly want from Netflix to 2 bathrooms. It is immaculately clean and even the extras like TVs in both bedrooms and parking for 2 cars if you have visitors is a bonus. Its a huge 5 stars and we will be returning."

Sunnyside Studio is a detached wooden building with its own private patio and entrance.

Situated in the heart of the village and originally built in the 1950's as an artist's studio and recently renovated.
