Sand Dollar Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Perfect for a quiet break away from it all, with a deck and boules court to the front and parking bay for 2 cars at the rear.

Enter through the side door into the hallway with coat storage. To your left are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with bunk beds ideal for children. There is an optional pullout truckle bed for a small child too. There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.

To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with sofa and armchair, with bifold doors to the deck with outdoor seating for 4, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside on the boules court.

We leave a few games for our guests to use.

There is a smart TV in the living room and further TVs in both bedrooms.

The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

Parking for 2 cars side by side behind the house too.

Its just a 10 mins walk to the beach.

The free pool is a good size, with sauna / steam room and toddler pool area. There's also a free gym with treadmills & weights.

Sea Urchins Beach House is a New England-style holiday home on an award-winning holiday village near Filey Bay, on the North Yorkshire coast. There is a lovely light and airy feel to the house. The house has its own deck for al fresco dining in the warmer months, plus a log burner for those cosy winter breaks (bring your own logs).

Skylark Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, a favourite location with Bay regulars as it is close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre, but also very private.

Enter through the side door into the spacious open plan living area.

The space
The house has a large open plan living space, perfect for family time. Large kitchen with tall fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, tassimo machine.

There is a new corner sofa and an armchair around the log burning stove. There is an extending dining table which comfortably sits 4-8 people.

Down the hallway is a main kingsize bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table, wall-mounted TV and large ensuite shower room. There is a second bedroom with superking zip and link bed, with hanging rail and chest of drawers, and wall-mounted TV, with bathroom ensuite also accessible from the hall. There is a guest bed (4 ft wide small double) for one additional guest, which fits in the kitchen area. Bedding provided if 5 guests are stated on the form, or please ask if only 3 or 4 guests but the guest bed is needed.

The space

Enter through the side door into the spacious open plan living area. To the right is the large kitchen with all the appliances you need. To the left is the dining space. And in front, there are 2 sofas and an armchair set around the coffee table and log burner.

From the living space, there are large bifold doors onto the front deck, ideal for catching the afternoon and evening sun.

Down the hall, there are two bedrooms. Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite wet room room, and second bedroom with twin 2ft 6 single beds (can be joined to make a kingsize bed), with an ensuite with bath tub and rainfall shower over.

One of the sofas in the living room is also a small double sofa bed.

Off-road parking for 2 cars. Log burner and underfloor heating make Seashell Cove cosy for breaks all year round. Ceiling fans in all rooms for the summer too.

Accessibility

Please note the path leading up to the property is on a slight incline. The driveway/path sleepers can also be uneven and slippery when wet and therefore this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The holiday home is situated on Ash Grove, which is in a cul-de-sac set in a nice, quiet area of the park. Ideally situated, it’s just a 2 minute walk from the children's play area, and a 5 minute walk from both of the Park’s complexes. The beach access is also a short walk away.

Our luxurious holiday home offers patio doors from the lounge onto the wraparound veranda. Within the lounge you will find an electric fire, Smart TV with Sky Q (no sports) and Netflix, with its own Independent Wi-Fi

Our family owned caravan is perfectly positioned on Razorbill overlooking one of the lakes on Primrose Valley's flagship development Seabirds, this area is in such high demand!

The caravan is located at the end of the close with no through road, making it a private, quiet yet convenient location not too far from the complex and all the amenities..

The caravan has a large sliding patio door opening onto a large veranda with outdoor furniture for you to relax on those perfect for those warm summer evenings!!

The modern and stylish interior has been given some beautiful personal touches, giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel.

The spacious living room contains a L-shaped sofa and a clever coffee table that has extra seating stored within, providing ample seating for the whole family. In the living room there is TV & DVD player, Nintendo Wii with a few games, Google nest to listen to the radio or your own music and a ready supply of books and board games to play that provide plenty of entertainment within the caravan.
Plus colour book and pencils for the kids or adult to enjoy.

The spacious and modern kitchen has a dining table and comes complete with a gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge / freezer, built in microwave, coffee machine with pods plus a double drawer airfryer and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals.

For your convenience, there is also a supply of cleaning products to be found under the sink, hoover and even an iron and ironing board.
