Whiteshell 14 has one bedroom with a double bed. It has has a fold out bed in the living area, too – ideal for a child or extra adult guest. If you want to bring a third person, selecting that option will add an extra linen fee to the price. The living, dining area and fitted kitchen are open plan.

The bathroom is fully tiled, wall and floor. The bedroom has plenty of storage and access all around the bed. Luxurious white cotton bed linen and towels are provided.

The chalet is continually maintained to a very high standard and the interiors have been designed to a coastal theme, with blue and cotton white. All furniture has been installed new, and was chosen for design and practicality. Wifi and a smart TV is provided.

Arrival Information: Darwin Escapes check-in’s are available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01352 961506 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Darwin Escapes kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.

Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.

Travel cot hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note, there is no bedding provided and the mattresses are folding, thin and firm and is provided by manufacturer. We require you to follow the safety instructions, which state not to use a secondary mattress or any padded bedding such as pillows or quilts. You must bring your own bedding (e.g infant sleep bags). Please contact reception for mattress dimensions should you require. For further information on safe sleeping in travel cots please refer to information available from sites such as the Lullaby Trust. IMPORTANT TRAVEL COT INFORMATION Manufacturers instructions are provided at the point of issue and cots are cleaned in line with these after each use. Please also be aware that travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01352 961506 for more information if a cot is needed.

Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Darwin Escapes will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

Fishing is permitted with the relevant license and there is carp of various sizes in the lakes. This is not advertised as it is not a fishery, but guests are able to fish from their lodge if there is decking on the lake or on common areas around the lake. All fish must be returned and there is no charge.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.

The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The booking fee will be non-refundable in these circumstances as we will have carried out our services for this to you at the point of booking.

6. Guest Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation from the lead Hirer, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation after payment of the balance every effort will be made to relet the property. If such reletting is possible the balance or that part thereof that is paid by another client and recouped via replacement booking will be repaid (less the deposit and booking fee).

7. Hirers' Responsibilities
The lead Hirer will ensure that:

All Guests act responsibly and carefully whilst at the Property and the Property is left clean, tidy and in the same state of repair and cleanliness that it was found in, for example crockery and cutlery is washed up and put back in cupboards and refuse is disposed of. Any breakage, damage or excessive mess will be billed to, and must be paid for, by the person who booked the property.

- "We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful lodge, and it had everything you could hope for. The lodge itself is stunning, well maintained and gave a truly luxurious base for exploring the area. The hot tub was a huge hit, and was a god send during the February cold winds and rain. Location wise, it is a short 3 minute walk to the closest pub and bakery (I highly recommend the curry night on a Thursday). The walk to Tenby along the coastal path was also very pleasant, and provides access to the South Beach which is also beautiful. This is not advertised as it is not a fishery, but guests are able to fish from their lodge if there is decking on the lake or on common areas around the lake. All fish must be returned and there is no charge.

Luxury lakeside lodge in stunning countryside location. The open plan ground floor living/kitchen/dining room is an ideal space to spend quality time with loved ones. Any budding chef will enjoying whipping up some tasty treats for the gang in the well-equipped kitchen. Dining experiences will feel memorable sat together at the dining table, whether everyone is appreciating a hearty breakfast to fuel up for some adventures or enjoying a celebratory meal. Fire up the wood burner and have fun together playing board games or watching a movie in the spacious living area. When it's time to retire for the evening there are four comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The two first-floor bedrooms offer super-king beds that can also be set up as twins, spacious and stylish en-suite shower rooms and a stand alone bath in the bedroom from where you can enjoy stargazing on a clear night. The lakeside bedroom also benefits from a large balcony allowing you a tranquil space from which to enjoy the views while sipping your morning coffee or evening tipple. Downstairs are two more comfortable king-size bedrooms the lakeside bedroom also comes with en-suite shower room and access to veranda. An additional wet room with WC is also located on the ground floor.

Soak up the atmosphere while you soak in the hot tub outside on the veranda. You will also find a large dining table and BBQ area perfect for some alfresco dining. Undercover bike storage and parking space for 5 cars is available.

- "We booked this lodge for a tenth anniversary celebration for our son and daughter in law, we needed four double bedrooms ideally with a bathroom each and a hot tub and log burner. Lakeside lodge ticked all the boxes so we booked it, but the reality was so much better than we expected. Excellent quality utensils and appliances, comfy beds and underfloor heating All the sofas were comfortable and felt like home, a very rare thing in rental properties.. Beautiful views and a great little town to explore just a few minutes drive down the road. We will be back for more celebrations or just time to recuperate."

2 bedroom chalet on a high position with lovely wooded views, within a holiday park & just a minute walk to Caswell beach, & beautiful cliff walks around the Gower Peninsula. Close to Langland Golf Club. Open plan lounge, Dining kitchen area, shower-room & toilet. The 2 bedrooms have a double bed & 2 single bunk beds. Outside is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunset. An extended deck area to add to your comfort and fully allow you to take in the views whilst enjoying a cold beer or G&T.

The space
This is a compact fully furnished 2 bedroomed and open plan lounge kitchenette chalet but a great base for exploring the many beaches in the area. The access is by a short but steep hill with steps up to the chalet so no disabled access. BBQs are strictly forbidden on the Deck or around the Chalet due to fire risk.

Many enquiries about accepting dogs. So we do accept dogs. A small extra charge of £10 for additional cleaning so please wash him/her down outside if muddy or sandy. Also a warning. Local Authorities do not allow dog walking on Caswell beach between 1st May and 30th September. See Swansea Council website for full rules and exclusions. Many beaches are ok with dogs. Mobile phone signal is not good near the chalet, but your on holiday! Wi-Fi available free

A beautiful, private Lodge overlooking fields. Near Builth Wells. parking for 2 vehicles (cars only,due to park rules) sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms in 1 double and 2 singles, BBQ area, New decking 2024, Wifi. We are dog friendly, surrounded by wildlife and picturesque scenery and walks.

Fishing is available at the lake via a permit from the newsagents. There is also fishing on River Wye.

The space
You will feel right at home with all the modern amenities you could need for a comfortable and peaceful break.

Kitchen: The small but well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals for your family. Additionally, the Cadac portable gas outdoor cooker is available for outdoor cooking, including bbqs and making dishes like paella, and risotto.

Living room: A comfortable size and features a cosy log burner, perfect for warming up after a day of adventure. With two sofas, including a sofa bed, and an armchair, it's the ideal place to unwind and relax. There is also a dining table available for meals together. French doors open onto the large decking area, where you can soak up the stunning sunsets.

Bedrooms: The property features two cosy bedrooms. The larger one has two single beds. The other one has a double bed, but is quite small. The bedrooms comfortably sleep up to four guests. Bed linen is provided.

Bathroom: The modern bathroom has a shower, and bath towels are provided. In addition, the property has its own washing machine and dryer, located in the shed.
No beach towels are provided and bath towels are not to be taken to the beach.

Garden room: Available on request from May to September, for an additional cost (provided on request) - to provide additional sleeping accommodation. Double sofa-bed, sleeping platform with double mattress, ensuite bathroom with shower, area with fridge, sink and kettle. Has it's own deck with table and chairs.

Outdoor Space: The property features a large, private garden and a back wooden balcony where you can sit and enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful view. There is also a comfortable seating area and a dining table on the deck. The covered verandah at the front of the property provides additional seating, perfect for wet days.

Pet-Friendly: We allow well-behaved dogs with prior arrangement, so you can enjoy your holiday with your four-legged friends.

Location: Nestled into Sandylane on Gower, just a 15-20 minute walk away from the prestigious Three Cliffs Bay and a 10 minute stroll from the legendary Pennard Castle. The charming community of Sandylane offers a peaceful retreat for travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. However, it's off-the-beaten-track location means that visitors will need to take their time driving down the dirt track and it is not suitable for low vehicles. Parkmill, Pennard and Southgate are all within walking distance, offering a delightful range of amenities, including a wonderful artisan bakery, lovely cafes, a local pub, and shops selling an array of essentials and scrumptious local produce. For families with young children, the Gower Heritage Centre is a must-visit attraction, while beach lovers will be spoiled for choice with the numerous stunning beaches in the vicinity. There are also plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and scenic walks in this beautiful part of the world.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the chalet and garden. Guests will not be sharing with anyone else. There is a key safe where you will collect your key, so an easy check in.

Other things to note
Please note that the road leading up to the property is an unmade dirt track, so guests will need to drive slowly and carefully. Parking is available outside the property with space for two cars. Additionally, there are no street lights here so guests may want to bring a torch for added visibility, but it also provides a great opportunity for stargazing. We kindly request that guests respect the peaceful community and we are not suitable for hen/stag parties.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay in the property with prior arrangement. However, guests will need to bring their own dog beds, towels, and bowls. Additionally, we kindly ask that guests clean up and dispose of any dog mess at the nearest dog waste bin, which is located near the entrance of Sandylane. Please note that there is a charge of £20 per stay for bringing dogs, which covers the additional cleaning required after they leave. Damages (eg chewing furniture) will be charged.
