Situated on the charming Atlantic Bays park.

Accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen/lounge. It is equipped with all the cooking utensils, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, TV with DVD player, pillows and duvets. It has running hot water and a plug in radiator to keep you toasty.

Bedroom one has a double bed and the other Bedroom has a bunk bed with the bottom bunk being a double. Both rooms have wardrobes and the lounge has a double futon with additional armchair.

A table and chairs is provided and also outside you have a table with 4 further chairs.

You will need to bring your own tea towels, dishcloth, bed linen and towels.

On site there is parking, barbecue, restaurant , an outside playground and a launderette.

The nearest village, St Merryn, has plenty of pubs that serve good food, restaurants, fish and chips, bakery and a Chinese takeaway. There is also a newsagents and the local Tesco is just approx. 10 minutes down the road.

The Cornish fishing village of Padstow is just a few miles away with its many Rick Stein eateries. There are also 7 Bays with outstanding beaches nearby with ample parking and great surf.

The village offers a variety of shops, pubs, garage, vets, church, garage and doctor's surgery. More amenities can be found in Padstow. The lodge benefits from its prime location away from busy roads, perfect for the children. On entering the lodge you will step into the spacious open plan living area, consisting of lounge, dining and kitchen area's with stunning panoramic views of Bodmin moor. The lodge also comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom and family bathroom.

The lodge is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. The location offers good parking. Onsite play area, small shop.

Out side the lodge is the decking that is on 3 sides of the lodge giving you the lovley morning sun and on the other the evening sun so you can relax and enjoy the sun all day. There is losts of grass area around the lodge for the kids to play and it's at the end of the site so it's very safe and sucluded for the kids. The lodge over looks Bodmin moor and has the best views out of all other lodges. The property also has 6 chairs and a big table on deck for people outside the lodge.

Our 2 Bedroom Chalet will sleep 4 people (plus 2 infants in their own cots at no extra charge) and is located on the family run Atlantic Bays Holiday Park in Padstow.

The holiday park is set amongst 27 acres of peaceful parkland and is approximately 4 km (2.5 miles) from the nearest beach; Atlantic Bays offers a good all round family holiday and you're never too far from the beautiful North Cornwall coast !

The Chalet is 5.1m (17 feet) long and 5.1m (17 feet) wide and has a comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

In the Lounge, there's a sofa, armchair, folding chairs and footstool, a Flatscreen Television with Digital Freeview, a DVD player and a selection of books and games; heating comes from an electric fire. There's space in the lounge for a cot.

The Kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, dishes, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and cups that you'll need ! There's also a Fridge, an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

The main bedroom is a good size and has a comfy double bed (120cm wide), an electric heater and plenty of places to store your clothes and belongings. There's space in the main bedroom for a travel cot.

The second bedroom has two single bunk beds, storage space and an electric heater; unfortunately, there isn't space in this bedroom for a travel cot.

As far as bedding and bed linen is concerned, 1 Standard Double Duvet, 2 Standard Single Duvets and 4 Standard Pillows are supplied; we're sorry but bed linen, towels and tea towels are not supplied or available to hire.

In the shower room, there's a shower (in it's own cubicle) and there's a step of approximately 25cm (10 inches) into the cubicle; there's also a toilet and wash basin.

There's a lovely patio so that you can enjoy the view of the countryside on those long, warm evenings !

As far as accessibility is concerned, there are no steps, so there's level access into the Chalet; there's also a doorsill which is approximately 5cm above the ground. In the shower room, there's a step of approximately 25cm (10 inches) into the shower. The parking area is approximately 30 metres (33 yards) away.

Our beautiful privately owned and well-equipped holiday chalet is in Cornwall, near Padstow and beaches. It is ideal for families and couples on a quiet site. The privately owned, deluxe, timber-style holiday home has been extended and completely refurbished.

We pride ourselves in keeping it pristine , It is also our holiday home.

The chalet is located at Atlantic Bay Holiday Park which is set amidst 27 acres of peaceful parkland. It is a friendly site. The Atlantic Bay Holiday Park is 1 mile from the village of St Merryn which has several restaurants, 2 pubs, a supermarket and an award winning fish and chip shop within 2 miles of beautiful sandy beaches and 3 miles from Padstow, an historic working fishing port on the River Camel estuary. The Cornish Arms is St Merryn is now owned by Rick Stein.

St. Merryn village has a tourism motto "Seven bays for seven days", displayed on the road signs as you enter the village. This refers to the bays & beaches in the vicinity which are (north-east to south-west): Trevone Bay, Harlyn Bay, Mother Ivy's Bay, Booby's Bay and the adjoining Constantine Bay, Treyarnon Bay and Porthcothan Bay.

It has two bedrooms including a double and a triple bunk room as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep five people. Also inside is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a shared utility as well as a decking with furniture. Chalet 76 is a well-appointed property on a fantastic holiday park in a good location.

Chalet 179 (Curlew's Nest) is a charming Self-catered holiday chalet. Sleeps 4. Close to Padstow set in 27 acres of parkland.

There is ample free parking in the designated areas.

Outside the chalet is a decked area with a large picnic table which is ideal for alfresco dining

Please be aware that smoking is not permitted in the chalet or on the decked area.

The Kitchen

​The kitchen has modern units and is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, ‘fridge, washing machine, microwave oven etc. There is a dining table with four chairs and enough cutlery, crockery, and glasses for four people.

​The Lounge

In the lounge area, there is a three-seat sofa and a chair, a wall-mounted TV/DVD player. Heating is provided by two oil-filled radiators. There is a selection of Ordnance Survey maps and books with walks for most abilities which are available to borrow.

The Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms, one with a standard double bed and one with twin beds. Both rooms have a wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. There are also bedside tables and lamps and a hairdryer.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The Bathroom

The fully tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.

In St. Merryn there are several pubs/restaurants, including The Cornish Arms owned by Rick Stein, The Farmers Arms and Rafferty’s. There is a bar a short walk away.

Small, but well equipped, having recently been re-furbished this holiday chalet offers everything you need as a retreat after a long day at the beach, or exploring the Cornish countryside.

The site is ideally situated visiting the beautiful ‘7 bay for 7 days ‘sandy beaches of North Cornwall, offering a different sandy bay for each day of the week. If you wish to explore further afield the area offers good road links into South Cornwall.

This is a traditional holiday chalet of timber construction set within the holiday part of Atlantic Bays. The chalet is conveniently situated for easy parking within this family friendly 27 acre holiday park which boasts excellent amenities comprising of restaurant, shop, launderette, clubhouse and children’s play area and communal BBQ. The site is on flat ground and easy to access all amenities.


The chalet sleeps 4-5 people in 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a small double bed and wardrobe, whilst the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a hanging rail. A camp bed and bedding is provided for an additional guest, if required.

In the lounge is a comfortable area with a with freeview TV incorporating a DVD and a selection of DVDs, books and maps for your use.



The chalet is double glazed and electric heating in all rooms. There is a modern, newly fitted family shower room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. You will need to bring your own linen (towels, pillowcases, sheets and tea towels), everything else is provided for you.

The key will be found in the key safe outside, so you can arrive at your leisure. An additional key will be inside the chalet for you.

The historic fishing town of Padstow, home to Rick Stein's seafood restaurant and Paul Ainsworth's No 6 restaurant, is a short drive away and a strong attraction to visitors where fishing boats and pleasure crafts can be seen side by side on their moorings.
Padstow offers much to do, you may take a fishing trip for the day, or exhilarating speedboat ride along the camel estuary. It is also the start of the famous ‘camel trail’, where you can cycle or walk along the river camel to Wadebridge, or take the ferry across the river to Rock.

The village of St Merryn is approx. 1 mile away with pubs, restaurants, shops and take away facilities.

The area is surrounded by 7 beautiful and individual beaches, each with it's own merits, providing family-friendly fun on the beach, or for those a little more energetic, surfing (equipment may be hired), walking and cycling.

Cornwall is not short of entertainment whatever the weather, with activities such as The Eden project, Crealy adventure park, Cornish birds of prey, Newquay Zoo and aquarium and many more as short drive away.

For theatre lovers the open air Minack theatre, build into the Cornish cliffs is an absolute delight.

Regretfully, no dogs are allowed in the Chalets.

If you don’t mind a little driving then this location is perfect for exploring the many bays due to its central location. Also because the price is so low it will leave you with more spending money in your pocket."
