Taking inspiration from the sea we have created a relaxing, beach hut themed retreat which is both comfortable and stylish. We believe that a good nights sleep is essential and all mattresses and bedding are regularly replaced with new. There is also a well equipped open plan kitchen and living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and over 100 DVDs to choose from. A decent electric shower will wash off sand and salt water after a hard days play on the beach! If you fancy a BBQ or eating alfresco, there is a lovely patio area and picnic table outside. The chalet is self catering but there is a restaurant on site which is open form March - end October.

'Ansome' Lodge, meaning lovely lodge in Cornish dialect is perfectly suited for all types of holidays and interests. Surf trips, family holidays, gourmet adventures, girly/boys breaks away, romantic retreats for couples, bird watching extravaganzas, you name it, there will be time either during the main holiday season or the quieter Winter months when it will suit. We welcome a well behaved dog, please wipe muddy paws at the door.

Situated on a popular St Ives holiday park in Lelant between Hayle and St Ives, Ansome Lodge sits in 100 acres of woodland and enjoys a quiet and peaceful site. From March to the end of October, all guests can make use of the parks on-site facilities which include; swimming pool, water slide, sauna, shop, bar and evening entertainment - leisure passes can be bought separately (£30 for a short break, £60 for a week for the whole family). Horse riding can be booked at the Old Mill riding stables - almost opposite the site entrance.

In peak season there is an excellent bus service that will take you from the reception on the park to St Ives and back, meaning you don't have to worry about parking and even enjoy a glass of wine or two with your lunch! You can also hop on an off one of the most scenic open top bus routes showcasing rugged coastlines, mining heritage sites, harbour towns and Land’s End itself on the Land's End Coaster.

Bohemia is a delightful and homely self-catering bungalow situated within the popular St Ives Holiday Village. It really is the perfect place to ‘break away’ from it all! Bird lovers have easy access to Hayle Estuary where you can spot many birds such as Kingfishers, Geese, Cormorants, and this year, we've even had a Spoonbill.
St Ives Holiday Village is only 4 miles from St Ives and during the summer months there is a regular bus service which will take you into the heart of charming St Ives or into nearby Penzance.

Perfect for a break either in the height of the Summer or in the Spring or Autumn, the property is a purpose built end of terrace holiday chalet with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area furnished with comfortable seating, wall-mounted LCD TV, a dining area for 4 and a modern kitchen. Bedroom 1 has 1 Standard Double Bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 single 2'6" beds, suitable only for children/small adults

Please note: Pillows and duvets will be provided, and I would ask you to bring your own linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases) and towels. In exceptional circumstances I can provide these, but must be requested in advance and there will be an additional cost for professional laundry service.

- "Small but cosy housing on a holidaypark near stIves and other touristic places on west cornwall. Housing is well equiped but so small that there was no room to put the bags. Disappointment about no internet at all, no wifi in cottage and no 4G available on the entire park. For use of facilities on the park you need to make reservations, but as a foreigner we could not download the app we needed. We needed tot go to the reception on the day you wanted to swim. Result everything was fully booked everyday, but we payed ahead 30 pounds to use the pool and other facilities. That felt not fair at all. We didn't get refund. Behind the cottage is a small woodwalk which is wonderful to make small walks. I think its perfect when you have a dog."

Woodland View is a 2 bedroom granite bungalow style cottage sleeping a maximum of 4 people. St Ives town was voted best family holiday destination by Coast magazine and one of TripAdvisor’s top 10 European beaches- the perfect place for a UK break

The cottage is situated around a large open lawned area; ideal for allowing children to play freely whilst still close and visible from the cottage. The accommodation consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen dining area, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 small single beds, and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a dishwasher and microwave, each bedroom has its own TV/DVD while the lounge has a 28"TV, DVD player (with a large collection of DVD's for those inevitable rainy days!). The cottage is fully double glazed and has wall mounted heaters and a heated bathroom towel rail. The property has also recently had a positive airflow system installed throughout. The double patio doors open onto a private patio area which has recently been fitted with wooden decking upon which is a wooden picnic bench and outside store containing BBQ and various children's beach toys. A welcome pack is provided and available upon arrival.

Being situated on the St Ives Holiday Village the cottage has full access to the park facilities which includes park based entertainment (nightly entertainment and kids clubs) and swimming pool, onsite shop, bar and restaurant (open from March to October only), an adventure playground (including zipline) , woodland walks, kids play area.

The St Ives Holiday Village is set in over a hundred acres of woodland, making the whole holiday park a haven for nature and offering something really magical for you to explore. Children will love making waves in the indoor pool and swooshing down the flume or splash about in the toddler pool. The woodland nature trail, new play park and picnic areas make this park a fantastic choice for nature lovers, families who want to explore the great outdoors.

Please be aware that this is a holiday home and not rented on a long term basis.
During peak season we will give priority to 7 day plus stays due to demand and managing change over days.

Changeover will be on a Saturday, arrival from 3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am on your last day.

The town of St Ives has a thriving fishing industry; visit the harbour and see the boats deliver their catches fresh to the local restaurants. Wander through the cobbled streets and take in the stunning views that surround you, enjoy a freshly cooked traditional Cornish pasty or pop into one of the local craft shops for that must have souvenir. There is a wonderful maze of cobbled streets and fisherman’s cottages, the working harbour with a range of boat trips, independent shops and plenty of ancient pubs and award winning restaurants.

If you are interested in art there is so much to do in St Ives whilst you are on your Cornwall holidays. You can visit the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden in St Ives where physical sculptures by one of the country’s most important 20th century artists are exhibited in relaxing gardens. Or why not enjoy Tate St Ives which opened in 1993, the impressive gallery holds hundreds of works produced by the St. Ives School from the late 1800's through to the 21st century.

When it comes to beaches in St Ives there are lots to choose from! With an irregular-shaped coastline, St Ives beaches stick out in different directions, which guarantee sunlight all day along with the Blue Flag beaches which are perfect for surfing and windsurfing. Experience our luxury Cornwall lodges and the feel of a traditional English seaside town, go crabbing, head to the famous Goderevy lighthouse or head out to the South West Coastal path for a chance to see basking sharks and seals.

The parking is close and the woodland walk was a delight. Everything was clean and tidy and towels, bedding was all clean and fresh. The only issue was that the fridge didn't seem as cold as it should be but this didn't cause any real issues as we only stored butter, drinks and some fruit during the stay, the freezer worked perfectly and was needed on a hot day for storing ice lollies, ice packs etc. The cottage being in a wooded area stayed cool during hot days which was a real help on the hottest days. The site facilities are really good, especially the pool which was a lot bigger than expected. The cottage is in a fantastoc location for St Ives with regular buses, also a great location for journeys to Falmouth, Penzance and other locations in the area."

My cosy woodland chalet will be available for you to again enjoy this year. However due to the COVID pandemic and in order to keep us all safe I will NOT be providing bedding (this includes duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels) and ask that you bring your own and take it home with you. Because of this I have reduced my prices. My chalet will be deep cleaned and sanitised after every guest. Again and in order to keep everyone safe, I have had to put back check in time until 5pm at the earliest to allow a certain period of time between guests leaving and arriving. Please note that check out is at 10am prompt.

My privately owned cosy chalet is set in a peaceful woodland setting of over 100 acres. The chalet offers everything you could want for a wonderful self catering holiday in one of Cornwall's stunning locations. Set just minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches and breath-taking scenery. There is a host of things to do nearby from horse riding, surfing, kayacking, paddle boarding or just strolling along the coastal paths.

The compact chalet has a modern fully equipped kitchen with cooker/hob, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer and everything you need for a self catering holiday. There are two bedrooms which have been refurbished to maximise the space (standard double with brand new comfy mattress and two 2'6'' single beds) The small bathroom has a Mira shower and bath tub (perfect for bathing children after a day on the beach). There is a small TV/DVD player in the bright lounge area which has beautiful views over the woodland. Outside there is a picnic bench which is ideal for alfresco dining or just eating a relaxing breakfast and watching the local wildlife and listening to the birds singing in the trees. Bed linen is not provided. Please note that there is not enough room for a cot in either bedroom and therefore the chalet is not suitable for babies/toddlers. Allocated free parking is close by. There are no hidden costs - electricity and cleaning is included in the price.

FREE on-site facilities at St Ives Holiday Village include a heated indoor swimming pool with flume, sauna, water zorbing, aqua rangers, children's play area, putting area, bar, restaurant, evening entertainment, disco & cabaret, free WIFI in the clubhouse, Bingo, free Foxy Club for the children, table tennis and nature walks in the woods - 1st March to 31st October. NOTE - Some facilities may not be available due to the COVID pandemic.

There is fine gourmet dining in some of the best restaurants that Cornwall has to offer or sumptuous pub grub and some of the best fish and chips shops around all of which are a short drive away. There is a local bus service which will take you to Carbis Bay (fabulous beach and restaurants at the hotel), St Ives or Penzance. Or take the beautiful train to St Ives from the station at Lelant, the scenery from this coastal railway is breath-taking!

The site is pet friendly and well behaved pets will be considered at a charge of £30 per dog, but we do ask that they are not left alone in the chalet. There are some great dog friendly beaches nearby and Cornwall is a very dog friendly place, its great to explore with your best pal. Please ensure you check the dog fee section of your booking.

Perfect for couples but with sofa bed for up to 2 extra guests, The Boat House is a self contained annexe adjacent to the house. Nestled in the garden, which provides pretty garden views backing onto a small wooded area, with some sea glimpses (especially in winter) through the trees, particularly from the balcony. The apartment has a light, bright and airy feel. It is comfortable and inviting while being a really good base from which to explore St Ives and the surrounding area. It is centrally heated, so comfortable for both summer and winter stays. With a King sized bed, en-suite shower room, well equipped kitchen with oven/microwave and hob, coffee machine, washing machine, comfortable sitting room with TV. The location is ideal for those looking for a fun packed outdoors holiday full of surf and sun, as well as those who prefer, galleries, shops and good food. Situated approximately 5-10 mins walking distance of the Blue Flag accredited Carbis Bay beach, which is a popular beach with good facilities, perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking etc (see Ocean Sports on Carbis Bay Beach). There are a handful of restaurants in Carbis Bay, a Tesco supermarket and a local shop and post office. There are a number of good walks open to you right on your doorstep. Walk up the hill to Knills monument with it’s stunning panoramic views of the coastline and the local countryside. Follow the coast path East to the quieter Porth Kidney Beach, accessible only via the coast paths. Follow the Coast Path West to get to St Ives (approximatly 25 mins easy walk), with it’s Boutique shops and Galleries, award winning Restaurants, Cosy Pubs and Bars.
The local area is packed with things to do, contact (St Ives Tourist information) and we are happy to advise as best we can on local attractions.
There is a small local train station approximately 5 mins walk form the Boat House, that runs between St Ives and St Erth, stopping at Carbis Bay, providing access to Main Line trains at St Erth. The Boat house is situated on the main bus route both to St Ives, and also to other destinations such as Penzance and Truro. There is a Taxi rank in St Ives and we can provide you with details of local companies
There are 3 steps into the property and the driveway is a little uneven in places so please take care. There is parking for one vehicle on the drive. EV Charger available upon request, a fee of 0.55p kwh to be charged separately. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately. You may use the garden but please be aware of the wobbly and uneven steps. The immediate area is residential so please respect the neighbours. I supply bathroom towels but you may want to bring beach towels. I also supply a starter pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar and toilet roll. There are Honey Bees at the end of the garden. They should not affect your stay in any way as they are far enough away form the accommodation, but please keep clear of the hive.
You will have your own space and I will give you as much privacy as possible, but I will be more than happy to help you out with local information and recommendations. It's up to you, just ask!

The Cottage is a two bedroom chalet nestled in the 100 acre woodland of St Ives Holiday Village. It is family friendly and the ideal place to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall. Sleeping 4 people and situated just 4 miles from St Ives.

The space
The cosy chalet is a perfect escape for adults and families. It is set in a quiet part of the holiday village giving you the chance to relax and unwind.
There is free parking allowing you to visit other nearby points of interest such as Godrevy, St Michael’s Mount, Porthcurno and the Minack Theatre.
Being close to St Ives, during the summer months there is a regular bus service that takes you right into the picturesque St Ives or nearby Penzance.

The Cottage is compact whilst providing everything you need for a self catering break. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with a double and one with twin beds, each with their own storage space. The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and hand basin.
Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring beach towels.

Guest access
The Cottage has immediate access to the woodlands and wildlife from the front door. On site facilities at St Ives Holiday Village include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, bar, restaurant, shop and complimentary WiFi in the clubhouse. Please note these facilities are available from March to October.

Blue Skies is a sunny, comfortable, detached, cottage on a site with other units in 100 acres of woodland. Situated in one of the most sought after areas of Cornwall, and only a 5 minute drive to Carbis Bay Beach, Blue Skies is perfectly positioned for exploring the southern tip of Cornwall with day trips. 8 minutes from St. Ives, the artistic hub of Cornwall, with the Tate gallery, Barbara Hepworth museum and numerous small galleries, as well as great restaurants, shops and surfing.

The space
Blue Skies is a bright, cheerful space with a private garden area to sit in. Recently refurbished, it offers comfortable accommodation, mixing vintage with contemporary furnishings. There are plenty of books and dvds, and some games for children.
The cottage is small but spacious, and the main room and garden with seating space are sunny most of the day. There is a kitchen that comes fully equipped with a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster and fridge. We supply bed linen, towels, washing up liquid and tea towels. Everything you need for a self-catering holiday. We are trying to make sustainable choices to become more environmentally friendly, so certain household products are renewable, biodegradable and recyclable.
There is an entertainment complex on the site, together with a heated indoor pool, sauna and amusements - there is a charge to use these facilities and you can purchase passes from Reception.

Sleeps 4 Set on a small quiet residential estate 15 mins walk from Carbis Bay Beach, and Carbis BayTrain Station, offering a separate Chalet Hut in the far rear of garden of a house - private access.

Along with an attached electric shower room & separate wc shared with a separate double bedroom with kingsize bed.

The WC and shower room are close to the bedrooms on the 1st floor.

The lounge comprises of one large open layout room, inc double bed, 2 person sofa and 2 large bean bags for seating in the lounge area; the other bedroom with a kingsize bed.

Bedding includes feather duvets so are not allergy free. you are welcome to bring your own bedding if this is a problem.

A flat sheet is provided under the bed in the understorage drawer, if the weather is hot and you prefer to use this instead of the duvet to keep you cool at night

A self check in service is available, and key safe

An outdoor clothes line, and mini hose is provided

Guests are required to recycle rubbish appropriately,

Please strip the beds of linen and place with towels in linen bag before checkout.
