Hire our beautifully decorated, holiday chalet, situated in a peaceful corner on the Park Dean Resort in Camber Sands.
Camber Sands is the only beach in sussex with wonderful sand dunes and miles of wonderful sand beach. There are now lifeguards situated on the beach too.
With two bedrooms (double room and bunk bed room) plus a smaa ask double sofa bed and an additional mattress in the bunk bed room for a small child if required. We also have a cot bed for hire if needed. We recommend no more than 3/4 adults without children but perfect for 2 adults and up to 3 children.
A shower/bathroom and a kitchenette fully equipped for self catering.
There is no washing machine in the chalet but there is a laundry on the Park Dean site.
The chalet is in a small quiet square with a lovely safe area of grass in front where children can play.
If you're not taking advantage of what we consider to be the best beach in Sussex, there are loads of other activities available nearby and on site. Nearby you can find kite surfing, wind surfing, golfing, go-karting, lovely walks, train rides and more. On the Park Dean Resort there is a swimming pool complex with 3 pools, tennis courts, an extensive children's play area, with water splash zone, trampolines, claiming area, crazy golf and a wonderful restaurant with indoor and outdoor eating.
Please note minimum 6 nights booking Sat to Sat during school summer holidays and minimum 3 night bookings in half terms and Easter holidays. Other times min 2 nights.
- "The owner was good at communication before during and after our stay. The chalet is in a spacious and quiet area at the back of the park. The green area to the front is lovely and the rear edge of the park is not far away, with spectacular views and sunsets. Also outside is a partially covered patio area, with a picnic table. Very nice for a breakfast or evening meal. Inside it is very well maintained and decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. All in all it is a lovely place to stay on a visit to Camber."

The Beach Huts are no ordinary chalets!
Beautiful contemporary beach hut inspired detached chalets, only a stones throw from the beach in Camber.
The Beach Huts are located in Park Resorts, which is their flagship resort in Camber Sands. Tucked away from all the caravans, in a lovely peaceful part of the park, but very close to all the facilities, and with a large green in front, facing the wind turbines in the distance. The beach hut is about a 3 minute walk to the entrance, which is directly opposite the award winning beach.
We have gone above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with 300 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding.
The mattresses are orthopedic, and the blinds are black outs! We want you to really enjoy your holiday, and the first place for that is a restful nights sleep!
We even have a little dishwasher, because on your holidays washing up is not something anyone wants to do!
For the cooler months, we have very efficient heating system and so The Beach Hut is lovely, warm and cosy.
We have an electric shower and a bath, so perfect for the kids after a long day on the beach, and a hot water system that works unlike any other chalet!
One double room, one twin room, and a double sofa bed in the lounge in each hut, so sleeps 6 people.
All the facilities of a great holiday park, or keep yourself to yourself and enjoy the surrounding areas.
There are so many options for the perfect get away in Camber Sands the mind boggles! Entertainment and facilities (passes needed) at the resort including 4 indoor swimming pools with flume, sauna & spa pool. Entertainment, bingo, fish & chips, crazy golf, bungee trampoline & go karts to hire to get around the site!
Two nature reserves - Rye harbour nature reserve only a short walk up the Beach, and Dungeness reserve about 7 miles away.

We went down as a family of five (2 adults, 3 kids) and the kids loved it, so clean and tidy, a lovely little location on the camp site means your at a peaceful spot but near enough for the activities . It has a lovely little green out the front for the kids to play , a seating area, bbq, and everything you need to enjoy your stay . Lovely 2 bed, family friendly chalet perfectly situated in a quiet part of the park, but close to facilities and swimming pools. Rooms are made up of a double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunkbeds and additional single bed sleeping 5 total. The bathroom boasts a full size bath with over-shower, which is a lovely addition for families with small children. The decor and comfort has been given a lot of attention, giving a relaxing beachy feel throughout Lots of green area for children to play safely close by the chalet. Parking spaces close by on a first come, first serve basis.

This lovely chalet at camber has been renovated to a beautiful standard, it has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests per stay. Inside the original walls have been repositioned for more efficient use of the space, the master bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam double bed with wardrobes and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The beautiful bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a wash basin and a toilet and has lots of natural light. The extended kitchen is open plan to allow a social cooking experience, the kitchen is fully functioning with everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including electric hob and oven, a fridge with freezer space and work top freezer, microwave and a toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher then not forgetting the kettle for your early morning coffee. There is a dining area that has a dining table and 4 chairs for the family to sit at on meal times. The property has electric radiators and double glazed windows so it will be staying cozy and warm on those chilly evenings and it's here in the main living area where you will find the double pull out bed. Up to two dogs are welcome and will enjoy the onsite dog agility course. There is a little patio area with furniture for you to sit out in the sunshine overlooking a green for outdoor family games.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual check-in times after 15:00 and check-out times before 10:00.
There is a keylock box available so collecting the key and access anytime should be possible. You will need to return the key to the keylock box when you checkout. We require you to provide your arrival and departure timing to agree checkin and checkout times so we can coordinate with other guests. If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.
The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.
Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb
the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.
You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.
There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied

Park's varied activities, some of which are payable on site and reserved in advance, can be accessed or guest passes purchased at reception and activities booked subject to availability. It is an all
action park; has 4 swimming pools, slide and jacuzzi in the pool.Other activities include - Splash Zone, children's play areas, football area, go-karts, mini golf, Build a Bear, pottery painting, hi ropes, survival area, restaurant, shop & entertainment bar.
These are usually closed between 22nd November until mid February,
or go off and explore the beautiful Sussex / Kent countryside!
A very comfortable self catering beautifully decorated chalet in a lovely quiet safe grassy area at Park Dean Resort Camber Sands - 2 min walk to the park amenities, 5 min walk to the glorious sandy beach and sand dunes.

The space
The chalet is beautifully decorated and probably best suited to a couple with two or three children. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds (sleeps 2) and a small children's floor mattress if needed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which is 180cm long (so not really suitable for a tall adult)
We provide clean bedding for each guest up to x4. Additional £5 per additional guest.
Bring your own towels.
Entertainment and facilities (pool and restaurant) available on site mid Feb- mid Nov. Guest entertainment passes available to purchase from reception.
Chalet has storage heaters snd is very cosy even in winter.

There are swimming pools on the resort and guest passes are available to buy at the reception.
Wifi is available and can be arranged through reception.
Both of the above are not included in the price.
Minimum stay during school holidays in peak season July/Aug is 7 nights and must br Sat/Sat. Half terms and Easter holidays is 3 nights minimum.
Other things to note
We are fully prepared for full disinfecting between guests and have invested in anti bacterial pillows, duvets and pillow/duvet protectors.
Passes are not provided for the Leisure facilities but these can be purchased at the main reception.
Wifi access is available to purchase at main reception if you are unable to get a good service on the free wifi available on the site.
Only bookings for 7 nights or more will be considered for high season July and August.
the 'cleaning' fee is to cover the bedding for up to 4 guests. Additional bedding is charged at £5 per person. Towels are also available if required @ £5 per head on request
