VERY IMPORTANT THIS CHALET IS ADULTS ONLY (25+)....Beautifully located 4-person chalet with all facilities within easy reach. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The chalet is light with lots of windows and French doors opening onto a spacious terrace with lounge set and large dining table with 4 chairs. The living room is bright and equipped with a corner sofa, a round dining area with 4 chairs, a TV, central heating, DVD and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a Senseo coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, a 4-burner stove and a combi microwave. There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (1.92 m long) and a double bedroom with a large bed (1, 60 by 1.90 mtr) all with duvets and pillows. Rooms have ample storage space. A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Adjacent to the chalet is a spacious garden that is fenced, so that the dog is also welcome. Smoking is not allowed inside.
Placing a party/tent is prohibited. Your accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 4 pm and you must vacate the chalet by 10 am on the day of departure.
Distance to Grevelingenmeer about 200 meters and distance to North Sea beach about 400 meters. The center of Scharendijke is a short walk away, about 5 minutes.. PAY ATTENTION!! This holiday home is located on the lovely, quiet park and campsite de Strandloper in Scharendijke. It is wonderfully quiet and spacious and has beautiful lawns and various playgrounds for the children. If you prefer the hustle and bustle, the coastal town Renesse is just three kilometers away. There are countless possibilities to enjoy activities at the coast or the nearby lake. In addition, it is a perfect starting point to discover Schouwen-Duiveland or Goeree-Overflakkee by bike or car.

The chalet is comfortably furnished, sleeps 4 people and is equipped with 2 bedrooms. Of course, a bathroom and separate toilet are present. The semi-open kitchen is well-equipped and offers plenty of space to cook. You can wash the dishes together while enjoying a drink and a chat. In poor weather, you can watch a movie on the 55 inch smart TV that has Netflix, Videoland, ViaPay, Youtube and Spotify. All German channels are also present. The master bedroom has its own TV and the fiber optic internet is super fast. All windows and also the outside door are equipped with mosquito nets, so you can leave the doors and windows open in the evening or at night.

The terrace is a lovely place to enjoy the outdoors. It is equipped with luxurious lounge set, frosted glass windscreens and offers lots of privacy. Enjoy the sun and sea air in the spacious garden and relax in the shade on a sunbed under the trees. Having breakfast outside, with the rising sun, is also highly recommended. Our chalet is a 15-minute walk from the North Sea and 5 minutes from the Grevelingenmeer. It has almost 50 square meters and the large terrace 12 square meters. There is also a wind-protected lounge corner with barbecue facilities. The property has 300 square meters and is fenced - practical for small children. The campsite where the chalet is located is very well maintained. There are 5 playgrounds. The chalet was set up in autumn 2018. Renesse is 5 km away. The site fee is EUR 25.00 per night.

The space
The entire chalet is very comfortably furnished. In the living room there is a corner lounge sofa with a side table, TV and a dining area with 4 chairs. A high chair is in the garden shed. The 16 square meter room has two radiators that are controlled by a thermostat. From the living room you enter the large terrace, from which a staircase leads to the garden.

There are two bedrooms that can be used. The parents' bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) and the children's bedroom with two single beds, each 80 cm wide. You can push these two beds together.

All beds are two meters long. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

With a four-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo, toaster, milk frother, etc., the kitchen offers everything you need for relaxed cooking and enjoyment on holiday.

The lounge corner is very sheltered from the wind, secluded and very comfortable.

The parking space included in the price is separated from the chalet by a narrow "shell" path, so that the car is close by. Additional parking spaces can be booked at reception.

Guest access
You can use the living room, the master bedroom and the children's room with two single beds. A third bedroom houses our private belongings. The chalet also has a garden shed with a second refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The cushions for the lounge corner are also kept there. In the garden shed there are also beach toys and bodyboards that can be used. There are also coin-operated tumble dryers on the square itself, we don't currently have one ourselves.

Other things to note
Young people up to the age of 25 are not allowed to rent a holiday home in the complex. There are many offers for them in Renesse, where people are used to partying. This makes the place pleasantly quiet.

The living room is family-friendly and cozy. The large sofa can be pulled out, so you can cuddle comfortably with the whole family. The fireplace provides wonderful warmth. The large sliding window with the modern dining area is more reminiscent of a conservatory. A view of the countryside!

3 rooms on approx. 50 sqm. Built and set up in May 2017. A large master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a children's room with a single bed and a comfortable sofa bed. It is also ideal as a second double bed for two adults. A modern bathroom with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven (this is not common in Holland) and a great dishwasher. The terrace and the garden invite you to linger at all times.
