Cozy chalet for rent on "Camping de Holle Poarte 2", located near the beach on IJsselmeer near Makkum.

The chalet is only 8 minutes walk from the beach and boulevard. You can park at the chalet. Also for children it is wonderful to spend time here, because the petting zoo and the beach with
playground are nearby.

For delicious fresh sandwiches in the morning you can go to the Spar supermarket within walking distance. There are also several dining options within walking distance.

The campsite organizes all kinds of activities for young and old during the summer months and has all the amenities that make a relaxing holiday possible.
Because of the shallow water, the beach is a wonderful playground for small children. Due to the favorable wind statistics, the freely accessible beach is one of the most popular surf spots in the Netherlands. You can rent surfing equipment and/or take a safe for your surfing equipment and surfing lessons.

The beach and boulevard exude the atmosphere of a seaside resort on the Mediterranean, and you can also enjoy various restaurants and shops located on the boulevard in addition to sun and IJsselmeer!

This well-kept 4-person chalet is comfortably furnished.
You have a lot of privacy, a sunny garden and a terrace with parasol!
There is also a shed where you can store bicycles and/or surfing gear.

The living room with gas stove is nicely decorated and equipped with a comfortable sofa, a spacious dining table with 2 chairs and a bench, TV with digital satellite reception. The living room has French doors to the terrace.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with four-burner stove, extractor hood and refrigerator. There is also a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and combi microwave. Plates, cutlery and other crockery are available for 6 people.

Bathroom:
In the bathroom there is a shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Guest access
Guests have access to every room in the chalet. The chalet is on a large piece of land. There is also a garden house where surfing equipment, bicycles and other items can be placed.
The garden house can be safely closed.

You will receive the key to Chalet when you register at the reception of the park.

The chalet must be cleaned up and left broom clean, the dishes are clean and tidy in the designated closet.

There is 1 parking space at the chalet. Please mention your license plate number when booking. This is necessary in relation to the license plate recording system of the barriers of the Recreation Park. Other cars can be parked in the large parking lot behind the reception reception.

If you are coming with your pet, please also indicate this when booking.

Our fantastic spot on the campingsite Holle Poarte in Makkum is perfect for relaxed summer stays and spring/autumn breaks. A few steps and your feet are in the sand of the beach! Makkum is a great place for kids , has a nice beach and is a popular (wind)surfspot. The chalet is our own family holidayhome and has a personal vibe. We hope to rent it out to like minded people that will enjoy it as much as we do.

The space
Our chalet is cosy with a large livingroom, master bedroom, childrensroom (bunkbed) and bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. For small kids there is toys. The chalet is perfectly situated near the beach. It has a large garden and is surrounded by trees. There's a large sundeck with furniture.

Other things to note
NB:
-It's a campinghouse so on gastanks. You'll be provides with one full tank.
- Bedlinnen, 1 large and 1 small towel, teaclothes are provided
-The chalet doesn't have a washingmachine. There's a laundryroom on the campingsite
- WiFi is available at campingsite. It is not the best but it works. If needed there is nice area to work at the reception with well working WIFI.

To use the camping and it's facilities guests have to check in at the reception and pay € 3,10 pppn (low season) € 3,85 (high season). Kids up till 4 years are free of charge. You'll have acces to the campingsite and can park in front of the chalet with one car. Other cars can park for free behind the reception.

At the reception you'll receive the key, a map of the campingsite and more information about the activities.

Enjoy ultimate relaxation in our brand new family holiday chalet ('23) that we have decorated with great love. It is located at campsite Holle Poarte, only 1 minute walk from the beautiful beach and knee-deep water.

The space
Our new chalet has every comfort. You start the day with a lovely morning sun on the terrace and close the day on the couch with the sunset!

The chalet is fully furnished for 4-6 people.

LIVING & DINING ROOM
The cozy vintage style living room is furnished with a 3-person sofa and a dining table with 5 seats and a Trip staircase for younger guests (there is also an IKEA high chair available). For small children, there are children's toys and there are games for you to use.

There is a Bose box with a dongle so you can play your own music.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is modern and fully furnished with:

- Spacious fridge-freezer (SMEG)

- Milk frother for a nice cappuccino

You have a sunny garden with a terrace of grass and artificial grass. There are terrace furniture, an umbrella and you can use the garden shed with outdoor toys for the kids and a bike for a quick message at the Spar at the reception.
