The cosy living room is furnished with a seating area consisting of a sofa with a coffee table, and the adjacent dining table offers seating for four people. The compact kitchen includes all the basics for cooking and dining in your holiday rental, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine and a kettle.
A unique feature of this accommodation is that despite its size, it features three bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms—at the front of the house—have a single bed (90 x 200 cm), sink, chest of drawers and a chair to hang clothes if necessary. The third bedroom and the bathroom are at the back of the house and can be reached through the living room. The third bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a chair and a closet, as well as some storage space and a clothes rack to hang clothes. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower and a designer towel radiator. The bathroom also has a washing machine to ensure wonderfully clean clothing after a day at the beach.

The covered terrace (20 m2) in the sheltered garden (60 m2) at the foot of the dunes has a garden table with seating for four people. The garden also has grass and various plants. The house is quietly situated at the end of the long driveway. Only destination traffic comes to the holiday home. At the front, you'll find a sunny terrace/garden of about 30m2 facing south. Here you can enjoy outdoor living to the fullest. Have a wonderful breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the spacious 6-person table while enjoying the unique unobstructed view over the land. For extra comfort on warm days, a parasol is available for some shade.

Step inside and discover the well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Easily prepare delicious meals and enjoy the tranquility together in your holiday cottage. The kettle and Nespresso machine are ready for your favorite hot drink.

The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink with a large illuminated mirror. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms. One room has two single box spring beds (90x200cm), bedside tables, and bed lighting. The room is wonderfully bright due to the two large skylights opposite each other.

On the other side of the first floor is the master bedroom with a box spring double bed with 2 separate mattresses (90x200cm), bedside tables, bed lighting, and a wide view over the fields through the special atmospheric round window. On both sides, there is also nice light coming in through the two skylights in the sloping roof.

For extra comfort, there is a washing machine available, so you can always have clean towels for a new day at the beach. There is also ample storage space for your luggage and other belongings.

Next to the house is space to store bicycles, ideal for exploring the surroundings. Parking is available at the front of the driveway, with space for 3 cars.

In the green strip, you'll find fun play equipment such as a trampoline, swing, and slide, perfect for hours of play. For the little ones, a foldable baby cot and a high chair are available.
