The space
The vacation home is completely at ground level and has its own entrance. The living space consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2 m), as well as a bathroom with shower. The toilet is located outside, about 2 meters from the vacation home. The vacation home has its own terrace with garden furniture.
Bed linens and towels can be brought or rented for €6.50 per person. Space for bicycles is of course available. There is also a public parking lot directly at the house (for a fee). We can offer a discounted parking rate for our guests. Tourist tax of € 2.10 per person per day is paid on site.

You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

Zoutelande is a cozy family resort with a lovely south-facing beach. We have the most sun hours in the Netherlands. Walcheren is a beautiful bike island. Bicycle and walking routes are available.
We do not receive any people who smoke, even if smoking is done outside.

This recently modernized accommodation is located directly behind the dunes. The beach and the city center are only 50 meters away. A nice base for the two of you to enjoy a sunny beach vacation in beautiful Zoutelande.

The guest house is wonderfully bright, tastefully decorated and has its own access to a private terrace in the shared garden. It is suitable for 2 people with a total area of 38 m2.

The space
On the ground floor is the bright living room overlooking the garden. There is a nice spacious sofa where you can watch TV. The TV has a digital package (incl. German channels) and a Google Chromecast for streaming. In addition, there is a round dining table with two chairs.

The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer combination with dishwasher and combi microwave. There is no hob or gas stove. The Nespresso machine provides a delicious cup of coffee and the kettle provides a cup of tea.

You walk to the bedroom via the fixed stairs. In this loft with queen-size bed (160x200 cm) you can relax wonderfully. The bedroom has a chest of drawers, bedside tables and night lights.

Due to a shared garden, we only rent to adults, no children or pets.
This is a non-smoking guest house: smoking is not allowed.
Good to know: the kitchenette has no stove or gas stove.

Ground floor: You can eat at the cozy dining area equipped with a lovely sofa, table and 2 chairs. A sitting area with 2 sofa beds complete the downstairs. Via the stairs, you go to the floor. Here are the bathroom and a large bedroom. The spacious bedroom has 2 windows and is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a sofa bed and a sofa. For hanging clothes, there is a wardrobe and a storage cabinet with drawers. A large smart TV with Netflix, among other things, is waiting for you here. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, wonderfully bright and modern luxuriously furnished with, among other things, underfloor heating, spacious shower cabin with rain shower and hand shower, bathroom furniture with 2 drawers and mirror with LED lighting, hair dryer and toilet. From every window, you can look out over forest, dunes or green space. At the entrance of the house, there is free parking, and there is also a small seating area in front of the house.
