The villa is a historic monument with a large garden and terrace. A bus stop is in front of the house and free parking space on the road. The quiet and large guest room has a double bed (2 persons), antique furniture, WIFI, television, comfortable sitting space, and a private south/west balcony. Breakfast can be taken on the terrace, in the dining room or in their private room.

The studio was realised in 2019 in a space (36m2) next to our house. It has a modern kitchen equipped with all the built-in appliances, a spacious bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower and a separate sitting/sleeping area. Comfort is maximum due to underfloor heating.
The price per night includes the local tourist tax (€3.50 per person per night)

The space
Use of a private modest terrace in private garden.
Due to the application of insulation, always cool in the summer and cozily warm in winter.

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental.
You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city.

Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city.
For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike

The space
The coach house is a separate building, detached from the main house. In front of it, you have access to a private section of the garden for your own use.
Next to the coach house, there are a few beehives. When honey is available, you’re welcome to obtain some from the host.

The whole building is available for temporary renting.

Other things to note
The coach house does not have its own washing machine or dryer. However, for longer stays, you may use the host’s laundry facilities—when available—for a fee of €2.50 per use.

Check-out: On your departure day, we kindly ask that you remove the used bedding from the beds and place it in the bathroom. Used towels can also be left on the bathroom floor.

Cozy accommodation within walking distance of the bustling city center. The 250-year-old space is cozy, renovated with love and attention to detail. The studio has its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. There is no outdoor space available, but 100 meters away is the city park of Leiden, where you can enjoy the greenery and a drink you brought along.

The studio (23 m2) is full of comforts and can be booked for non-smokers. The double bed (160 cm) can be reached by a steep staircase. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, combi oven, electric stove and boiling water tap. There is also WiFi, a Chromecast and air conditioning.

The house is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. We live next to the studio.

You sleep in an old school, in a former classroom, with large windows and comfortably furnished, like a nice hotel room. Your private en suite bathroom is spacious. We serve a delicious breakfast, if the weather is nice on the roof terrace. The room is on the second floor, you can use a pantry in the hall and the laundry room. The building is on the edge of the city center, easily accessible by public transport, bicycle and car.
