Our studio has an own parking place on the premises. You enter the apartment from the front side of the house. We can assist you with the check in or you can use the key box for your own check in.
In front of the studio there is a private terrace with a table with chairs and a lounge chair. Here you can enjoy the morning and early afternoon sun.
From the terrace, you enter the studio with a comfortable large bed, closet, couch, TV and dinner table with chairs.

With about 500 meters from the city center and less than a kilometer from the train station Zandvoort (29 min to Amsterdam central), a wonderful place to stay for a long weekend or week of beach.

In the studio there is a spacious double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen. You have a dining area in the apartment but of course you can also eat or relax in the garden. The apartment is ready for 2 people, with a nicely made-up double bed, but could also be possible with a child in consultation.

The Studio is about 25 m2 and has its own front door. The door of the studio is nicely sheltered in the cozy backyard that we are happy to share with you.

Smiling Host takes care of our Beach Cottage Zandvoort which offers you a little holiday home (35m2), for 2, not suitable for children and babies, with a private entrance, a cozy vintage living room an open kitchen, a bathroom and a separate bedroom consists of a double bed with one Dutch standard format bedcover/duvet. In the wild garden you find some loungers and garden furniture. You can use BBQ with a disposable BBQ.

Our new luxury studio was the last project in the renovation of our home and was completed in August 2022 and ready to receive guests.

The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood in Zandvoort south with the dunes at your feet when you walk out of the street from our place.
The beach and city center are a 10-minute walk from our house.

The space
Our studio may not be very large (25 m2) but is super neat, clean and equipped with every comfort. Wonderful beds, nice bathroom with (rain) shower, sink and toilet. And especially count on the private parking space. So you do not pay parking fees with us because your car is right at the door.

Other things to note
We, as a host, have to collect and remit the tourist tax to the municipality of Zandvoort. The rate for the 2025 tourist tax is €3.30 per person per night.
