The studio is located at a quiet green neighborhood 'The Green Hart'. Zandvoort Centre with all the shops you need, is 5 minutes walk away. The beach and the dunes are 10 minute’s walk from our house.

The space
Our studio has an own parking place on the premises. You enter the apartment from the front side of the house. We can assist you with the check in or you can use the key box for your own check in.
In front of the studio there is a private terrace with a table with chairs and a lounge chair. Here you can enjoy the morning and early afternoon sun.
From the terrace, you enter the studio with a comfortable large bed, closet, couch, TV and dinner table with chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave/oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and all the utilities you would need for your stay. There is also a Sonos device for your music!

With about 500 meters from the city center and less than a kilometer from the train station Zandvoort (29 min to Amsterdam central), a wonderful place to stay for a long weekend or week of beach.
Sea, beach, a place where your board can be. Everything for a relaxed stay.

The space
In the studio there is a spacious double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen. You have a dining area in the apartment but of course you can also eat or relax in the garden. The apartment is ready for 2 people, with a nicely made-up double bed, but could also be possible with a child in consultation.

The Studio is about 25 m2 and has its own front door. The door of the studio is nicely sheltered in the cozy backyard that we are happy to share with you.

We have a cat (Kyra)in the house. She is not allowed to come into the studio

We have a kat named Kyra. It is possible you see her in the garden. She is not permitted in the studio.

Please note that the studio is a non smoking place. You can smoke outside of course but drugs are not permitted in or around the studio.

The radiator in the bathroom is not working. The large radiator in the room of course does. This radiator gives more than enough heat for the studio. You can set the temperature of the radiator yourself. Please remember to set the temperature to a maximum of 15 degrees when you leave the studio.
