We built our studio in 2019 and started renting in mid-July 2019. The studio is completely new.

Our cozy studio is furnished for 2 people with the living/bedroom and kitchen in 1 room. The room features a wardrobe, 2-person box spring bed, dining table and TV. You can log in to the TV with your own Netflix account. In addition, there are many sports channels available for sports enthusiasts.

The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a 4-burner stove.
Senseo coffee maker and kettle.
We also provide you with small facilities in the kitchen, such as kitchen towels, hand soap and dishwasher detergent. We have also prepared coffee, tea, sugar and milk for you.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and hair dryer. You do not need to bring your own towels; we have them ready for you in the bathroom.

The studio has a small garden where you can fully enjoy the weather or smoke in privacy. Smoking in the studio is not allowed.

Our studio is located in a nice residential neighborhood in the coastal village of Egmond aan Zee, within walking distance of the beach and city center. If you want to have a nice meal, the beach pavilions are open all year round.

Feeling like shopping? In addition to the shops in Egmond being open 7 days a week, Alkmaar is also a 10-minute drive away. In Alkmaar you will find not only the well-known retail chains such as H&M or Primark but also many nice boutique shops. Of course, there is more to do in Alkmaar besides the shop, such as the cheese museum and in the summer the world-famous cheese market. Alkmaar is therefore definitely worth a visit.

Or do you want to enjoy the peace and nature? Egmond is also the right location for this. Walking or by bike you are in no time in the North Holland dune reserve where you can encounter wild bison in addition to wild horses.

Welcome to the Bollenschuur by the sea! Originally an old bulb shed, which has been converted into a cozy, modern and bright summer house for max. 4 people. For the 4th person, an additional fee will be charged. €20 per night and one time €10 additional cleaning fee. It is located at 200 meters from the dune area and the village street and approx. 400 meters from the beach. The house has its own private terrace with garden to the west, free WIFI and parking permit.

The space
The old Bollenschuur has been converted into a modern summer house, a large bright space through a roof dome. Bicycles can be in a closed courtyard, possibly also the car (in consultation). Layout on entry back via private terrace, kitchen with microwave, spacious living/dining room with roof dome and digital TV and radio and CD player. There are 2 bedrooms. One with single bed extendable to double bed, the other bedroom has a double box spring. Shower with toilet and sink. There is also a cot and high chair for the little ones.

Your private terrace has two garden sets and a canopy with lounge set. For the beautiful evenings there is a BBQ on charcoal at your disposal. The Bollschuur is rented including linens and towels.

Our cozy summer house is a corner house with its own entrance and is located 50m from the dunes and 200m from the beach. We try to make it as cozy as possible for our guests. If you want something extra on your arrival, in consultation is much possible, the mainly (organic)breakfast with freshly baked bread, gravy with strawberry and/or banana, different types of cheese (from the local specialty shop), cold cuts, an egg etc is recommended and can be requested after reservation for only €8.50 p.p.p.n.

The summer house has its own entrance. A living room with large LCD television with cable TV and SATTV From the living room, you can exit onto the two separate bedrooms via a wide staircase. One bedroom has its own sink. Bathroom has a shower cabin. In the kitchen you will find a gas fireplace, a Combi microwave, a Senseo and just coffee machine and a dishwasher (you have vacation after all)

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

The space
There is an entrance to the house via the garden and you have your own terrace with the house. If you would want to, you can enter the house and stay there without any contact.

Other things to note
From 1 March till end 1 November, there is a parking permit needed to park in front of my house. The rest of Egmond aan Zee is € 1,90 by hour. You can get a parking permit via me for € 10 a day to park in front of the house.

The space
The vacation home is located a five-minute walk from the beach and dunes. The cozy city center is at the bottom of the hill, also within 5-minute walking distance. Our house is suitable for two or three people or a family with a maximum of two children. We have renovated the house considerably, and it looks cozy and comfortable. If you like the sea and the dunes, this is the right place. In the vacation home, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a combi oven/microwave, gas stove, Nespresso machine and refrigerator. In the living area, there is a round dining area with a two-seater sofa, separate chair and a smart TV. Of course, there is good WiFi. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower, there is no sink in the bathroom. This is located upstairs in room 2. The upper floor has two rooms. Room 1 with a double bed (160 wide), and room 2 with two separate single beds. Room 2 is only accessible via room 1. There is a sink available. There is a stair gate and, on request, a high chair and crib, for which you must bring your own bedding. Bedding (except for the crib), towels and tea towels are provided. The house is heated by a new central heating system. There is a garden set on the sheltered terrace. Arrival and departure is by means of a key safe. We pay for your parking permit for 1 car, which allows you to park for free throughout the neighborhood.

our house is for 4 people but we rent it to 2 people. Because we find it too small for 4 people. The house is at the back of us in the garden as with everyone in Egmond. You have a private terrace and entrance separated from our house. You enter the hall with a fixed staircase upstairs, shower and toilet are on the ground floor, then you enter through the sliding door in the living room with kitchen, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, cenceo, and a 4-burner gas stove in the cabinets are plates, pans and there is cutlery, we have cable TV with all nets and there is Wi-Fi. In the room there is a three person sofa and 1 chair plus a 4 person dining table. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 through room. In the master bedroom there are two single box springs that are made when you arrive

most rental houses are behind our house with a fence in between, they have their own entrance with terrace where you can still sit comfortably and put your bike.

we rent our summer house all year round, with in the before and after year from 3 nights, so from November to mid December and from January to the end of April, and then from Friday to Monday due to broken weeks. from MAY !!! preferably a midweek, week or longer, midweek from Monday to Friday, and week from Saturday to Saturday !!! and then the arrival on a Saturday and departure.

The summerhouse is located on a dune in the middle of Egmond aan Zee and therefore you have an excellent view over the village and the dunes. The House is about 150 meters from the beach and from the centre of the village. In front of the house is a wooden terrace with chairs an a table and next to the house is a dune with a wooden terrace with sunbeds and a sunshade where you can enjoy the sun for the whole day.

The living room is nicely decorated with a sleeping couch, a coffee table, a dining table and a TV cabinet.
