Although you share the apartment with fellow TU Delft / Unesco expats the place is always quiet because your fellow house mates are similar like you; all TU Delft expats PhD students or Unesco short term projectleaders.

Quietly located at 2 walking minutes from tram- and bus stops, and 7-10 minutes walking from Delft's main market square.

Upon request a full Dutch breakfast can be served (to be ordered and paid for locally at € 12 p.p.p.d.), either in the dining room or - weather permitting - in the secluded garden.

The space
Blue room
This bright, spacious double room is located on the first floor of the building. The room has twin beds, a (private) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Furthermore television, WiFi, tea & coffee making facilities and a hairdryer are available in the room.

Pink room
This small single room is located on the same floor (with private toilet next to the room). The Pink room disposes of a wash basin, bathroom is shared with the Blue room.

The Blue and Pink room together accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child.

Important notice: in case of a reservation for 2 guests automatically only the double room is booked. In case of a reservation for 3 guests the extra single room is automatically booked.
However, if TWO guests wish to use both rooms (Blue & Pink) it should be explicitely outlined in your reservation request. Thank you in advance.

Your room(s) will be cleaned/serviced every 2nd day of your stay (unless mutually agreed otherwise).

Guest access
Guests should kindly be aware that the accommodation at B&B Plantage 98 consists of (bed-) rooms only, so guests are not renting a self-catering apartment or an entire home. In special cases/upon request use of a (shared) kitchen can be arranged.

During your stay
I particularly enjoy creating tailor-made programs for my guests in order for them to enjoy Delft and its surroundings to the max, even in a short space of time! Furthermore it is my pleasure to assist our guests in anything they may need to make their stay a comfortable one.

Other things to note
Parking: paid public street parking; free public parking is mostly available across the road at 2-5 minutes walking distance.

The city of DELFT is a great base also for visits to other cities in the vecinity such as The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Also a great starting point for fantastic cycle rides, directly from the house!

The chalet is located in the backyard of an existing premise with private entrance. 10 min walk from the railway-station, the center or TU. It is equipped with a complete kitchen (refrigerator, gas cooking stove, oven, microwave), bathroom (toilet, shower) and central heating. A covered terrace and garden. Small supermarket at 200 meters. Free car parking 15 minutes walk distance. A great place to stay for work or pleasure!

The space
One double bed 160 x 200 m ( 2 separate duvets, 2 mattresses) under the roof accessible by a ladder.
Chalet is located near children's playfield. Can be noisy in the afternoon and evenings during summer. The chalet is however very well insulated.

Guests have acces to covered terrace. Own entrance at the back of the chalet.

Bij Florijn is an authentic B&B in the beautiful historic center of Delft. We started the B&B, named after our first son, to let everyone enjoy this beautiful city, as we do every day!

There are numerous cafes and restaurants, many cultural discoveries and above all a fantastic historical atmosphere. The accommodation has its own entrance and has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no breakfast included.
