- "Every think was excellent. Just check in was not on time. I didn't have exact address of the room and the hist didn't was available on checking time. So I had to go to another hotel for afew hours and pay 26 euro. I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I travel often as I'm a dance instructor. I'm only a SMS or Airbnb message away.

If you send me an email I will forward you a digital E-key so you will be able to self checkin upon arrival.

Other things to note
Although you share the apartment with fellow TU Delft / Unesco expats the place is always quiet because your fellow house mates are similar like you; all TU Delft expats PhD students or Unesco short term projectleaders.

Private bedrooms (not an apartment/entire home) in a historic, stately B&B.
Quietly located at 2 walking minutes from tram- and bus stops, and 7-10 minutes walking from Delft's main market square.

Upon request a full Dutch breakfast can be served (to be ordered and paid for locally at € 12 p.p.p.d.), either in the dining room or - weather permitting - in the secluded garden.

The space
Blue room
This bright, spacious double room is located on the first floor of the building. The room has twin beds, a (private) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Furthermore television, WiFi, tea & coffee making facilities and a hairdryer are available in the room.

Pink room
This small single room is located on the same floor (with private toilet next to the room). The Pink room disposes of a wash basin, bathroom is shared with the Blue room.

The Blue and Pink room together accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child.

Important notice: in case of a reservation for 2 guests automatically only the double room is booked. In case of a reservation for 3 guests the extra single room is automatically booked.
However, if TWO guests wish to use both rooms (Blue & Pink) it should be explicitely outlined in your reservation request. Thank you in advance.

Your room(s) will be cleaned/serviced every 2nd day of your stay (unless mutually agreed otherwise).

Guest access
Guests should kindly be aware that the accommodation at B&B Plantage 98 consists of (bed-) rooms only, so guests are not renting a self-catering apartment or an entire home. In special cases/upon request use of a (shared) kitchen can be arranged.

During your stay
I particularly enjoy creating tailor-made programs for my guests in order for them to enjoy Delft and its surroundings to the max, even in a short space of time! Furthermore it is my pleasure to assist our guests in anything they may need to make their stay a comfortable one.

Other things to note
Parking: paid public street parking; free public parking is mostly available across the road at 2-5 minutes walking distance.

The city of DELFT is a great base also for visits to other cities in the vecinity such as The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Also a great starting point for fantastic cycle rides, directly from the house!
