B&Broekweg is a holiday accommodation near the cozy and authentic center of Ouddorp.

The local bakery, nice shops and restaurants are within walking distance (200-350m).
The many beaches and water sports areas of Ouddorp can also be reached by bike or car in a few minutes on the North Sea or on the Grevelingenmeer.

B&Broekweg is a holiday address for tourists and is therefore not available for business purposes. (We reserve the right to cancel the reservation)

Unfortunately, we do not offer breakfast, but it can be enjoyed in the very nearby city center at the restaurants. And 150m away, the tastiest sandwiches are for sale at the Akershoek bakery.

Facilities, such as bathroom with toilet and kitchen are on the ground floor, the two adjacent (master and children's) bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Free WiFi and a TV in the living room, as well as a comfortable sofa and dining table with 4 chairs. A high chair is available upon request.

The sunny afternoon terrace features a picnic table for 4 people for breakfast, lunch and dinner (not included).

It is a beautiful village, which is quieter in winter than in summer. But in all seasons, we are happy to welcome visitors to Ouddorp, because there is always activity in Ouddorp, from the beach to the theater and on the water or in the city center.

The center of Ouddorp is clear and cozy. From bakery to butcher, supermarket and small shops can be found within walking distance in the city center.

The water sports enthusiast can enjoy himself here on the Grevelingenmeer or on the North Sea. There are surf spots, for kite-surfers and windsurfers, you can sail, canoe, etc.
There is everything possible in terms of activities on and around the water and the beaches of Ouddorp.

And it is all within a short distance from B&Broekweg.

There are also many possibilities for the quiet visitors, such as walking on one of the sandy beaches of Ouddorp, visiting several beautiful and quiet nature reserves, museums or catering establishments. There is always something for everyone in Ouddorp.

The Popcorn room is sunny, playful, fresh and bursting with energy. You'll be happy when you step inside. The space is very consciously equipped with all the comforts and spared.

The Popcorn and Green rooms are actually two tiny houses under one roof. The authentic wooden cottage is located on the 800-square-meter plot. Privacy is ample due to the hedges. The kids can romp in the garden, and play on their own eco playground with hut, swings, etc.

Both the Popcorn room and the Green room have their own entrance through French doors, a bathroom with toilet and rain shower, a living room and a very special bedroom. In the ridge is the cozy 4-person bed! That means every day is guaranteed to have the delicious Sunday morning feeling.

There is no kitchen, but there is a kettle and coffee maker. This makes eating out a must, but certainly not a punishment with all the nice eateries nearby. Breakfast will be provided. Karlijn puts a filled box in front of your door so you can have breakfast at a time that suits you.

Then our guest house is really something for you, with our Jacuzzi you imagine yourself in luxury and comfort near the seaside resorts of Renesse and Burgh-Haamstede and not to forget the Brouwersdam with the largest saltwater lake in Europe on one side and the North Sea on the other.

Via a fixed staircase you can reach the cozy sleeping loft. Here is a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x200).

Next to the holiday home is our beautiful wellness garden, accessible through a gate in the garden. The wellness garden features a jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor shower, and a cold water dump bucket. You can reserve this privately in 120-minute blocks for €25 per person. From the third person onwards, the cost is €12.50 per person. Before arrival, you will receive an online booking link to easily make a reservation.

You can check in contactlessly with the code you receive from us for the key box. We usually visit in the early evening to introduce ourselves and check if everything is to your satisfaction. If you have any questions or need anything, we are always available.

The charming center of Ouddorp is within walking distance, with supermarkets like Jumbo and Albert Heijn and various restaurants and terraces. For the little ones, there is a playground just 100 meters away and a larger playground (for a fee) one kilometer away. There is also a lovely petting zoo nearby.

The North Sea beach and Grevelingenmeer are only 1.5 to 2 kilometers away. Here you can enjoy beautiful, quiet beaches and swimming jetties. Parking here is free. You can use our bed linen and towel service. The cost for bed linen is €11, and towels €7. Of course, you can also bring your own. We’d love to hear your wishes.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in our holiday home and pets are welcome upon consultation.
