We are a horse & bed, and still in full development. In the future it will also be possible to bring your own horse.
The space;
You will stay in the guesthouse of our farm. You can see this as a full-fledged apartment. Bathroom and toilet are separate. In the living room there is a sofa bed, it is possible to watch TV lying comfortably with Netflix, Amazon prime, Videoland, Disney +, YouTube, HBO or just the normal channels.
There is a staircase leading to a bedroom. If necessary, we have a crib ready or a double guest bed. (Ask for this if necessary)

From the living room and the terrace you look out over the garden, and beyond that the land and the dike to the Oosterschelde. The horses roam freely in a paddock paradise. You can also see the riding arena from here. Very useful if you want to keep an eye on your children while riding.

Located in a residential area 10-minutes’ drive from the North Sea, ‘t Laege Uus offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. Quietly located accommodation in a farm near the Oosterschelde. The accommodation has living room, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. From the terrace you overlook the Plompetoren. Beaches are approximately 2 km (Oosterschelde) and 6.5 km (North Sea beach De Punt).

The car can be parked for free in a public parking lot. Alternatively, the car can also be parked on the driveway in front of the studio on the private property.

Pets aren't allowed.

The studio is in the vicinity of local bakeries and lunch room for a delicious breakfast or lunch. Ask the host for tips. There is also plenty of choice in the area for dinner. For daily shopping, there are several supermarkets nearby with ample opening hours.

Chalet is located on the child-friendly Ardoer camping Ginsterveld in Burgh-Haamstede. Swimming pool both indoor and outdoor pool. Beach 1.5 km away. Look for more information on the website of this campsite.

Chalet is new (spring 2023) and located in a quiet place (see map field C17). Rental price includes made beds, bath linen and kitchen package plus contribution to camp money (for use of the pool, indoor playground, animation program, etc.)

The space
The chalet has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with box spring and 1 bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, combination microwave. Bathroom with walk-in shower. There are no amenities in the chalet for babies (no high chair, no cot)

The space
In addition to a spacious living room with sitting area, our BnB features two comfortable bedrooms each with a double bed with a size of 160x200, both with its own bathroom.
The spacious seating area is perfect for relaxation, complete with a television, including Chromecast.
The kitchenette offers all the necessities to prepare a simple meal or provide your own breakfast, as the BnB (bed no breakfast) does not provide breakfast. There is a south-facing terrace and further there are various places to sit wonderfully in the sun or shade. The garden is rural and offers an unobstructed view, where you can enjoy the many birds, and if you are lucky enough of the deer who also love it in our garden.

We do not offer breakfast, but you can of course prepare a meal in the kitchenette.

There are some some upstairs with a bedroom. If necessary, we have a crib ready or toddler bed. If necessary, ask for that is not standard in the room

Recently, we have been offering a second bedroom with 2 single beds. These are hotel beds so you can slide them next to each other and turn it into a double bed. In this bedroom, from July 14, 2023, we also have an air conditioning that you can also heat with. In this room is an extra TV and PlayStation. Would you like to rent this extra room? Please let us know. Because this is partially in our own space, we don't offer this as standard. Of course, this costs nothing extra. Please note that you will need to take a few steps through our shed to reach this bedroom. Especially with small children, it is useful to know that this bedroom is quite far from the other bedroom. If you have any problems with this, please inform us. We have a solution for that in our private space upstairs.

From the living room and terrace, you look out over the garden, and behind it, you can look out over the country and dike to the Oosterschelde. The horses roam freely here in a paddock paradise. You can also see the row bin from here. Very convenient if you want to keep an eye on your children while riding.

Chickens roam freely. Our chickens are very friendly and tam. Therefore, do not feed them on terrace. They feel free to climb on lap while eating. But also poop everything below. If you want to feed the chickens, please do so in the chicken coop. Thank you
