B&B Piccolo has its own entrance, free wireless internet (WiFi), free private parking and offers views of the garden/terrace.
The accommodation has a lovely extra long Auping box spring 180 x 210 cm, wardrobe, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Also there is a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a dining area. The room has a spacious, modern private bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and hairdryer. Towels are provided.
The space
The accommodation features a wonderfully large Auping box spring 180 x 210 cm, a wardrobe in which there is enough space to store and hang clothes. In addition, there is also plenty of space left in the closet to place a trolley or weekend bag.
From the Auping box spring, the TV can be operated via the remote control. The flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the bed. If you prefer to watch TV from a chair, this is of course also possible. The chairs that are in the dining area are also great for watching an evening of TV. The chairs can be moved to the place in front of the bed (possibly a stool as a footstool).
Under the TV is the desk where the coffee maker and kettle are also located. Under the desk is the refrigerator, which is also equipped with a small freezer compartment.
For stays of 2 nights or more, a microwave can be used on request.
At the dining table, breakfast can be enjoyed in the morning (if desired, we can arrange this for you at an additional cost). Would you rather work on the laptop or play a game? That is also possible at this table. Of course, you can also work at the desk.
The room has a spacious, modern private bathroom with a rain shower, shower furniture with plenty of storage space for towels and toiletries, a toilet and a hairdryer. Towels, shampoo and shower foam are provided.

The Central Station is about 20 minutes' walking distance.
From the Goes-Zuid (35a) exit on the A58, you can reach B&B Piccolo within 2 minutes.
Other things to note
Breakfast can be provided if desired. The price for this is €12.50 per person and can be paid on site.
Within 5 minutes' walking distance, you will find various eateries such as Restaurant De Beren, Mac Donalds, Burger King, KFC and New York Pizza.
The center of Goes is 10 minutes away by bike. The center has a beautiful harbor, lots of nice shops, cozy terraces and restaurants.
On all days, you can check in between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. with the exception of Tuesday and Thursday. The standard check in time on those days will be from 6:30. When this is a problem, we will look into if there is anything to be arranged during the request so that there is still a possibility to check in earlier. If you want to check in later than 8 p.m., you can indicate this during the reservation and we will see if this is possible.
Our beautiful Rijksmonument is located on the harbor in Goes, a beautiful place in the center. You walk directly into the shopping streets and the market is 200 meters away. In short, the perfect place to shop for a few days in Goes.
But even if you want to explore Zeeland further, it is the perfect place. Lake Veerse, the beach or cities such as Middelburg, Zierikzee and Domburg are within 30 minutes by car.
The space
In our Rijksmonument, 8 apartments are located. You have a shared front door, but then a private private apartment with private kitchen and bathroom.
Guest access
You can park in various places within 100 meters, with luck even at the door. But it's all paid for it. If you walk a little further, you can park for free.
During your stay
We do not live near our apartments, but will personally welcome all new guests if they appreciate it. If you don't appreciate this, it's also good for us. We are always easily accessible by phone.
These apartments overlook the city port of Goes.

The cities of Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee, Veere, Domburg, Zoutelande can be reached by car in 20 to 40 minutes.
The space
The house is detached, newly built, and equipped with every convenience.
Beautiful bathroom, complete small kitchen and a lovely sleeping loft with king-size bed, accessible with a narrow staircase.
But … the most unique is the large living space with pellet stove and air conditioning, located directly on the salt water of “Het Goese Meer”. Here the swans and ducks swim right past you.
Walk directly from the private terrace into the water for a wonderful swim or rent a SUP board (available on request) for a relaxing paddle.
Just relax with your feet in the water or on the lounge set; possibly while fishing. It's all possible!
A very short distance away are:

- Omnium; subtropical swimming paradise with slides. Also many indoor sports facilities (1.1 km)
