We are 400 m from the big market, an Unesco monument, where you ll find many bars restaurants, shops and Musea. you can do everything on foot. The studio is really quiet and very cool in summer. you can sit outside at the riverside drinking your coffe while watching the ships passing by.
The trainstation is very close and the train will take you to Amsterdam central station in 20 min. The beach is only 8 min. by train

The studio is on the ground floor. you 'll have your own entrance. Coming in you'll enter one little room where you can sit, eat or work. It has a window to the street. The studio is adjacent to this room and is quite big, about 45 m2. Here you' ll find the bed (160 x 200), a lounching area, shower, a separate toilet and kitchen and workstation

After a day full of impressions, you can come home to our bright and cozy B&B. Relax with breathtaking views of the Grote Markt and décor that is equipped with all comforts – the ideal place to feel right at ease.

Our B&B is suitable for groups of up to four people. In addition to the comfortable double bed, there is an extra sleeping area on the loft with a double bed. This cozy loft is accessible via the staircase that is located in the living room (see pictures). Please note that the stairs are quite steep and therefore may be less suitable for small children or people with walking difficulties.

The space
Our B&B (45 m2), is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood where you can park for free in front of the door.
It is very centrally located close to the city of Haarlem, a 15-minute walk. To the beach it is 20 min by car. You can also cycle through the beautiful dunes (8 km). At 7 minutes walking distance from the B&B you will find a delicious hot bakery, butcher, supermarket and various restaurants.

The city of Haarlem has a lot to offer, including beautiful shops, restaurants, museums and the nice courtyards. All this within walking distance, lovely through the beautiful Park de Hout.
You can also choose a canal cruise or rent a sloop yourself. There are several rental companies at Het Spaarne.
There are beautiful cycling routes and you can also rent the bikes from several rental companies in the city of Haarlem.
When you go out of the street you will see the Spaarne, where many boats sail and you can take the ferry to the other for free, to walk along the water there. You can also sit on a bench or grass to catch up on boats and possibly take a dip yourself. With the ferry over, there are padel courts, tennis courts and also the golfers can go to various courses nearby.

B&B 3WOOD

Our b&b is 45 m2, and lies in a wonderfull quiet neighborhood. Where you can park for free right in front of the house.
The house is near the cityborder and is a 15 min walk away from the citycentre. 7 min walking distance to the nearest baker, butcher, grocery store and a multitude of small restaurants in the Jan van Goyenstraat.
You can travel to the beach in 20 min by car to Zandvoort or Bloemendaal. Or you can travel by bike through the beautifull dunes of the area which would be around 8 km long.
The city of Haarlem has a lot to offer. It is well known for it's variety of stores. A large number of bars and restaurants in and around Haarlem city centre and of course the famous Hofjes, medieval churches and facades in and around the city. You could choose to walk through the city, rent a bike or travel by boat via a boattour or boatrental. In the next street still on the same block you find the Spaarne which is the river that flows through and around the city where a lot of industrial and pleasure boats sail through, which you can observe from the grass or the benches located on the dockside of the street. You can even go for a swim if you'd like. On the dockside there is a small ferry located to bring you to another area across the lake where you can participate in a lot of sports like tennis, padel, jeu de beules or even golf.
