The studio is located in the souterrain of a split-level villa (where your host/co-host lives) and is completely self-sufficient. A modern bathroom with washing machine and dryer and a spacious open kitchen invite you to a longer stay.

The space
The studio measures about 32m2, with comfortable double box spring ( 160cm x 200cm) and smart TV. In the bathroom with toilet and shower, you will also find a washing machine and dryer. The open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and kettle. Underfloor heating and air conditioner. The windows have blackout curtains.

Guest access
The entire studio is at the disposal of the guests and has its own terrace. The rest of the garden may also be used, but is shared with other guests.

Other things to note
The studio is located on a continuous street with quite a lot of traffic, but experience shows that as a guest you don't notice it. The studio is partially underground and therefore has NO view, the windows at most offer a view of our driveway, garden and garage.

For your and our safety, there are some security cameras around the house. The entrance to the studio is visible on 2 cameras but they cannot look inside. We do not actively look at the footage, but can look back on recorded images in case of problems.

In and around our house, you may also encounter our cat Lily, she behaves like "The Lady of The House". She would like to visit you for a while, so make sure she doesn't slip in.
We also have a dog, a Border Collie puppy. Born on March 12 and full of energy. Despite our best efforts to minimize the inconvenience, you will sometimes hear some barking.

This cosy cottage (16m2) is very close to the beach, the dune, bars, restaurants and shopping area. Public transport is on 100m and bike rental is 500m away. Free parking across the street.

The space
The cottage has his own entrance. The ground floor contains a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, coffee machine and a washing machine. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the ground floor. And there is a small sitting area with a sofa, table and television.

Through a steep stairs you will get to the second floor with the sleeping area which contains a bed for two persons.

This cosy cottage is perfect for couples who like to stay in one of the nices villages along the beach.

Your place is the basement area. This includes taking the stairs down. All accessible adjoining rooms is your rented space. The front yard where the chairs are located is also for your use. The adjoining space above (staircase up) is not accessible. This house is inhabited, here also children live that you could possibly hear.

Other things to note
The floor above is occupied by (small) children going to school, because of this it is possible that you could hear the children. Please take this into account when booking the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of a neat cozy child-friendly residential area in a street with townhouses, so please be mindful of any sounds from the upper floor, neighboring neighbors and outside noises.

On request, there is a camp bed, a high chair to borrow.

note! As can be seen in the pictures, there is no sink in the bathroom. Right next to the bathroom is the kitchen with a sink.

Located 1 km from the cozy center of Katwijk by the sea, close to the beach and the dunes is' El Cazador '. This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and has a separate living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. With the dunes within walking distance and many cozy beach bars, there are plenty to do here.
There is Wi-Fi in the property. Parking nearby is free.

This cozy accommodation is located under our house in the souterrain.
This cottage is partly underground, making it always nice and cool inside in the summer.
The large windows, make sure there's plenty of light in.

The B&B is divided into 4 separate rooms. Through the kitchen you walk past the bathroom, the bathroom is a small space with a shower and toilet. Please note, the height of the bathroom is 1.85m. There is no sink in the bathroom, which can be used in the kitchen. After that, come the living room.
It is equipped with a lovely sofa, TV and a cozy dining area. Through the living room you enter the bedroom with made up double bed and spacious wardrobe.

The B&B is located in the basement of our house and can be reached via a staircase in our backyard. There is a small outdoor area, where you can let the towels dry after a long day at the beach and have a glass of wine.

The bathroom is small, but everything has recently been renewed.

Upon entering, you will enter the stylish living and cooking area of the house. From this room, you go through the sliding door to the bedroom with a spacious double bed. A small but new bathroom and toilet adjacent to the bedroom.

Through the skylight, there is beautiful light in the living area, and for refreshment, the dome can also be opened.

With a cozy outdoor area for the long summer evenings.

The residence with its own entrance is adjacent to our own house, garden is shared. With emergency exit from the bedroom to the permanent house.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction plate and dishwasher. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with all the cutlery, earthenware and glassware.

Parking is available on arrival in front of the door if there is space.
