- "Magnificent views" - "Dit appartement ligt op steenworp afstand van strand en zee en centrum. Het is heerlijk om vanuit je appartement over de gezellige boulevard en de altijd wisselende zee uit te kijken. We hadden prachtig weer dus konden heerlijk naar het strand. De aankomst was hartelijk. Wat betreft kindvriendelijkheid was het appartement minder geschikt. Er is geen lift aanwezig en met een baby heb je nogal wat spullen nodig. Voor elk tripje moesten we eerst de wandelwagen in de auto in de parkeergarage gaan halen, dit was niet prettig. Verder was het appartement schoon en fris, de bedden waren fantastisch."

Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber wie gewohnt." - "Zweites Mal in der Wohnung gewesen. Es war wieder sehr schön, wenn auch leider etwas teurer als letztes Jahr. Sauber (bis auf die Dachterrasse), hell, schöner Wohnraum. Dieses Mal war auch der Parkausweis da - sehr gut!!! Was leider nach wie vor fehlt bzw. sehr viel angenehmer wäre... ein zweiter Haustürschlüssel. Sonst muss man sich immer absprechen. Leider war die Haustür (unten) kaputt - konnte nicht zugezogen werden, sondern nur mit Schlüssel verschlossen werden, was unschön ist, wenn der eine den Schlüssel hat und der andere eben nicht (dann steht die Haustür für jedermann offen!). Ansonsten alles super! Kleinigkeiten...: Matratze ziemlich weich; Sonnenschirm oder Markise wäre der Knaller ;-) Falls nicht weiterhin teurer... nochmal gerne!"

Emma's beach house is in a great location in Katwijk aan Zee.
At a 1 minute walking distance (!) from the beach, the sea and the pleasant center of Katwijk, your holiday can begin.
The recently renovated 1930s house is tastefully and lovingly furnished. Despite the proximity of a lot of entertainment, it is quietly located. You will quickly feel at home.

The double house is on the first floor.
Through your own entrance you enter the vestibule where you enter the spacious holiday home via the stairs. Behind the old authentic doors is the living room with a view of the lively boulevard and a view of the sea. The spacious bathroom, the master bedroom with a double bed and a large window that borders the balcony. You will also find the compact but complete kitchen on a large roof terrace with sea views. On the second floor is a spacious attic with 4 single beds, again with a view of the sea where you can see the large ships waiting to enter the port.

For the little ones there are stair gates, a baby cot and a high chair available on request.

You can take bicycles with you, you can park them safely behind the house.
Wi-Fi is available everywhere. The house has been made completely fireproof including professional fire detectors and carbon monoxide meter, such a safe feeling!

Beachhouse Anna is in a great location in Katwijk aan Zee.
At a 1 minute walking distance (!) from the beach, the sea and the cozy center of Katwijk aan Zee, your holiday can begin.

The recently renovated 1930s house is tastefully and comfortably furnished and is quietly located despite the proximity of a lot of entertainment. You will quickly feel at home.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is all on one level. You have access to your own driveway with private parking space.
Through this driveway you have a private entrance to your holiday apartment.
Behind the old authentic doors are the bathroom and two bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a spacious double bed, through the patio door you enter the place where you can enjoy the morning sun. The other bedroom has two single beds.
For the little ones there is a baby cot and a high chair available on request.
There is also a very comfortably furnished living room, a large kitchen and a separate toilet.
There is a cozy sitting area in the driveway where you can relax and watch the goings on on the boulevard from a distance. In the living room you also have a view of the pleasant boulevard.

You can park your bicycles easily, safely and dry in the front porch. Wi-Fi is available everywhere.
The house has been made completely fireproof including professional fire detectors, such a safe feeling!

Katwijk is a nice family seaside resort where you can find various shops, restaurants and cozy terraces, all within walking distance.
Or after a wonderful day on the beach, get an ice cream after dinner at the nice ice cream shop on the boulevard and then eat it on your own couch in the living room, how nice is that!

There is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity: In addition to the wonderful beach entertainment, you can enjoy the beautiful flowering bulb fields in the spring.
A trip with a tour boat through, for example, the canals of Leiden and the Kagerplassen.
Rent a sloop and sail through Leiden and discover it for yourself, it's all possible.
The major well-known cities are all nearby for a day of strolling, shopping or visiting museums. The Hague, Leiden, Haarlem and even Amsterdam are easy to drive to. Or how about cycling through the beautiful dunes towards Scheveningen or Zandvoort!

Beachhouse Anna is located in a quiet location.
The house is not rented to groups or groups of young people under the age of 28.
