I offer a very nice and luxurious apartment in the center of Venlo. The apartment has a garden with access to the house. We offer 4 bedrooms with a luxurious bathroom. Our studio apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has its own entrance. On the ground floor are the bathroom with shower and toilet and the kitchen. A staircase leads to the large living room and bedroom with queen-size Murphy bed (1.40m wide and 2.0m long), 4 chairs, table, sofa, wardrobe, Smart TV with WIFI function, DVD player and stereo. From the living room and bedroom you reach your own roof terrace, which has a parasol, a table and garden armchairs.

2 Dutch bicycles are available free of charge - and the wooded surroundings on the German and Dutch sides invite you to explore with designated routes.

We take care of the bath and hand towels and a good bottle of red wine and two bottles of mineral water await you. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and toilet.

The B&B is located on the first and second floor.
On the ground floor, there is the La-Oya Lounge, which is only available under the supervision of Staff.
Guests with a booked package have access to the Jacuzzi which is located on the roof terrace on the second floor.
Guests will receive a tour of the accommodation at the check-in check-in by our hostess in which, among other things, the emergency exits will be shown. Also, the guest will receive an information package with all necessary information, check-out tips nearby and Balinese arrangements.
