3. Smoking in the apartment or building, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €150 plus the costs of special cleaning and damage repairs.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits. If the keys are lost, the guest is obliged to inform us immediately.

8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

9. Out of consideration for the other residents, it is important to ensure that conversations in the stairwell are conducted at an appropriate volume.

10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service team. Taking items with you is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

11. It is not permitted to remove objects such as chairs, dishes or the like from the apartments. Not even if several apartments are booked.

12. It is not permitted to move, dismantle or disassemble furniture such as couches or beds.

13. Booking a reservation involves agreeing to comply with the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the House Rules will be liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.

14. Night quiet is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

15. For your safety, we ask you to close the doors and windows before leaving the house.

16. The apartment doors must always be kept closed.

17. It is important to us to make our contribution to the environment. Please pay attention to waste separation and we ask guests to turn off the lights, heating and electrical devices when they are not in use.

18. Place the key back in the key box after check-out.

19. Emergency operations: If an emergency occurs for which a guest is responsible, e.g. a guest has lost his key or left it in the apartment and he no longer has access to the rented apartment, it is possible to activate the security service commissioned by APARTVIEW APARTMENTS , which can provide the guest with 24/7 access to the apartment. The security service costs associated with this intervention will be passed on to the guest.

20. In the event of disturbances of the peace or violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to commission our security service and to exercise our house rules.

21. Guests are obliged to fill out the check-in form completely and truthfully before entering the apartment. To verify the data, a photo of the passport or ID card is required and must be uploaded to the online check-in form. The guest EXPRESSLY only receives access to the apartment if they have completely, correctly completed and confirmed the online check-in process. The access codes will only be sent after completing the online check-in. The provider reserves the right to cancel the booking if the information provided is incorrect. 5. guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6. animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

7. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes. If keys are lost, the guest is obliged to inform us immediately.

8. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

9. out of consideration for other residents, care must be taken to ensure that conversations in the stairwell are conducted at an appropriate volume.

10. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service. Taking items is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

11. it is not permitted to remove items such as chairs, crockery or similar from the apartments. Not even if several apartments are booked.

12. it is not permitted to move, dismantle or disassemble furniture such as couches or beds.

13. the booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction of the apartment without refund.

14. the night`s rest is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

16. the apartment doors must always be kept closed.

17. it is important to us to make our contribution to the environment. Please observe the waste separation and we ask the guest to turn off the lights, heating and electrical appliances when they are not in use.

18. put the key back in the key box after check-out.

19. emergency operations: Should an emergency occur for which a guest is responsible, e.g. a guest has lost their key or left it in the apartment and no longer has access to the rented apartment, it is possible to activate the security service contracted by APARTVIEW APARTMENTS, which can provide the guest with 24/7 access to the apartment. The costs of the security service associated with this intervention will be passed on to the guest.

20. in the event of disturbances of the peace or violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to commission our security service and to make use of our domiciliary rights.

The apartment (28m2) consists essentially of A large room, which is divided by a semi-open wall into two rooms, but CANNOT be divided by a door into two separate rooms.

In the front area, there is a small kitchenette ( kitchenette) and a pull-out bed ( 2 beds), a wardrobe and a dining table with 4 chairs. 2 people can sit there comfortably. For 1-2 people more, the table must be moved away from the wall.

In the rear area there is a sofa bed ( lying area 140x200m), a TV ( ONLY public channels..ARD, ZDF etc. from program 50) and a desk with good office chair.

The shower is NOT in the bathroom, but in a shower cubicle in the entrance area, which is recessed into the wall!

The bathroom is right across from the shower. There is a toilet and a sink.

Access to the garden is right next to the apartment door on the ground floor. The back, small part (between the roof and the wall) may be shared.

The flat is centrally located, right at a tram stop. It takes 10 minutes to get to the city.
Parking, even for larger cars (sprinters, motorhomes, etc.) is available in the parallel road behind the house. The highways in all the Rchtg. are just around the corner.
