Please read: The 1200 km trip going to the hotel was horrible, so when we arrived there, we just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep, but we were asked to fill in some forms with our personal data, agreeing to the hotel rules as well as agreeing to pay a fine (400 euros) if we were to smoke (we asked for a no smoking room). We were also asked to leave our credit card details on one of said forms, which is very unsafe at best. Other people were asked to leave a 200 euros deposit since they did not have a credit card. There are European as well as National regulations that specify fines for smoking in forbidden areas, and there are strict European laws for data protection that those forms are not adhering to. I never experienced this before and it made me feel unwelcomed and harassed, so much so I was ready to leave, if not for the issues this would have caused to the staff, that looked visibly uncomfortable. Melia, this is a big no! Also the fact that there are international channels available is a big no! 5. guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6. animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

7. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes. If keys are lost, the guest is obliged to inform us immediately.

8. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

9. out of consideration for other residents, care must be taken to ensure that conversations in the stairwell are conducted at an appropriate volume.

19. emergency operations: Should an emergency occur for which a guest is responsible, e.g. a guest has lost their key or left it in the apartment and no longer has access to the rented apartment, it is possible to activate the security service contracted by APARTVIEW APARTMENTS, which can provide the guest with 24/7 access to the apartment. The costs of the security service associated with this intervention will be passed on to the guest.

20. in the event of disturbances of the peace or violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to commission our security service and to make use of our domiciliary rights.

21. guests are obliged to fill out the check-in form completely and truthfully before entering the apartment.
