- "Having been duped by Ryan Air that Dusseldorf Weeze was near Dusseldorf ( 1.5 hours travel by courtesy bus and train) and then by Expedia that the Hotel was in Dortmund (it was as far as the search was concerned) we ended up in the Restaurant and Hotel Haus Kehrenkamp at Hagen some 30 miles away from Dortmond our destination. However, we actually found a jewel in the crown as it was a great Hotel with a fantastic restaurant and although little English is spoken we were made to feel very welcome and had some superb meals there. The room was more than adequate, clean and quiet. If you are going to Holland then Weeze is a good destination but otherwise wait until Ryan Air go to Dortmund next month."

When I told them this, it took them 3 hrs to get back to me. What is the point of having this technology if it takes 3 hrs to get a reply and you ignore your guests when they need something? Additionally, the night entrance is in the back parking lot which is pitch black. I barely felt comfortable using this entrance, I can't imagine being a woman. This is unacceptable! No staff, no way to communicate after hours and an entrance that makes you feel unsafe . The room I had was nice and spacious and it provided all the basic necessities one would expect. Unfortunately, I had to open the window each night when i came back because the room had a weird smell as did the hallway. It went away after i opened the windows. Over-all a disappointing hotel and I would never stay in another saxx brand again. "
