Wir wohnen in Plettenberg im schönen Sauerland ( NRW). Plettenberg hat ca: 27 Tausend Einwohner. Unser Haus wurde 1959 in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße direkt am Wald errichtet. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist vom Tourismus Verband mit 4 Sterne Klassifiziert. Seit dem die Wohnung leer steht wird diese Kernsaniert und neu Eingerichtet damit sich zukünftige Gäste bei uns wohlfühlen. Dies ist eine Nichtraucher Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist nicht für stark Gebehinderte geeignet. Die Wohnung hat ca: 75 m2. Es gibt eine 16m2 moderne Wohnküche, ein 20,3m2 modernes Wohnzimmer, ein 16m2 modernes Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, ein 9,6m2 modernes Schlafzimmer für eine Person. Die beiden Flure haben zusammen 6,20m2 und das Bad hat 5m2. Es stehen zwei Terrassen zur eigene Verfügung. WLAN steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Parkplatz sind öffentlich Zur Sicherheitslage. Es ist in Plettenberg ziemlich ruhig. Trotzdem wird unser Haus rundum von Kameras Überwacht

Hochwertiger Laminat wurde hier verbaut. Die LED Einbaustrahler in der Decke lassen sich von der Wohnlandschaft bedienen. USB Ladesteckdose fest eingebaut. Ein Großer LED Flat Screen Fernseher mit Blue Ray Player und SAT Programm ist auch vorhanden. Ein Rauchmelder ist Vorhanden. Ein 16qm modernes Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen. Im Schlafzimmer wurde ein modernes Doppelbett und zweifach verstellbaren Lattenrost aufgestellt. Großer Schiebetürkleiderschrank mit allem was man zum Betten machen braucht. Im Kleiderschrank ist ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Links am Kleiderschrank hängt ein Verbandkasten, für alle Fälle. Eine passende Kommode ist hier auch. Hier steht auch ein LED Flat Screen Fernseher fürs Satellitenprogramm. Auch hier wurde Hochwertiger Laminat verlegt. LED Einbauleuchten sind auch hier in die Decke eingebaut. Vom Bett kann man die Deckenbeleuchtung bedienen. Ein Rauchmelder ist Vorhanden, Die Betten sind zum Mietbeginn bezogen und kosten keinen Aufpreis. Ein 9,6qm modernes Schlafzimmer für eine Person. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Einzelbett und mit zweifach verstellbaren Lattenrost ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind Stylisch. Ein Sessel mit kleinen Tisch steht zum Lesen bereit.
