This special home has its own style. A hidden courtyard leads to a Separee with its own terrace and garden. When you enter the cozy living room with integrated kitchen, it makes you feel right at home.
Via a space-saving staircase you get to the first floor where there is the large double bed under sloping ceilings. A modern bathroom with tub and shower device round off the crispy cottage.
The space
A private house with living room, integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. In the living room there is a flat screen (TV), as well as WiFi. The kitchen has a fridge, sink, stove with 4 hotplates and all electrical appliances. There is no oven available. It is important to know that a steep staircase ( see photos ) leads to the upper floor.

The space
With 20 beds (expandable to 23 by three folding beds), this space offers enough space to accommodate even larger groups. Our space is divided into three quadruple rooms (3x 4 people) as well as an eight-bed room (1x 8 people) with double bunk beds. There are two separate toilets and a shower room with two separate shower cubicles. In addition, there is a seating area in the hallway and a common room including a built-in kitchen.

Our guesthouse is located directly at our association complex adjacent to our large sandy beach. Parking and main entrance are about 100 meters away. Access is possible via two separate doors, the key is located in a key box "Ü-Heim" behind the property. Our outdoor complex is also available for free use. It offers a variety of opportunities for leisure activities. In addition to our beautiful forest lake, which is one of the absolute highlights in summer with our event modules, we have two sandy beaches, a beach volleyball court, a multifunctional area with 2 basketball baskets, a calisthenics parc, two ping pong tables, an accessible trampoline and a playground area.
