The accommodation consists of a cozy bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, bath/shower room and a large conservatory (unheated, heated plus 15€/day) with rattan furniture. You will love the direct location on the lake with its many recreational opportunities, the fantastic view from the conservatory of the city panorama of Xanten, onto Dom, Archaeological Park and the Lake. - And direct access to our beautiful garden and lake.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the premises of the apartment, garden and garden kitchen. On the side of the house is a smoking parlor. Bathrooms are accommodated in the garage.
Other things to note
The city of Xanten charges a tourist tax of €2.30 per person/night. Please pay on arrival. Professional stays are exempt from the tourist tax.
