The space
The holidayflat has been completly renovated and refurnished. It's size is 30 squaremeters, which include a seperate bathroom with shower and toilet.
It is a singleroom appartment with a kitchen (cookingfields, oven, refrigerator and microwave), two armchairs and a single/double bed.
Koblenz is one of Germanys oldest cities and has a lot of places of interest to show.

During your stay
The very nice rooms in the old town of Koblenz (we live and work there) have flair and real good vibes ;-) If we are there and it fits in time, we also like to spend time with guests. This is a can, but not a must on both sides ;-) Since we (like to) work ourselves, we are temporarily involved accordingly and of course not exclusively at home ;-) Communication-loving, spiritually oriented, a lot of joy with the people of our life and the family. We love visitors and are always happy to meet nice and interesting people. As a host, it is important to us that our guests feel comfortable and that I can perhaps create new perspectives by offering this beautiful accommodation (I am a public person by profession), love visions, mental and physical health, and am very happy to support young people, great plans, big ideas and the love of life.
Other things to note
Koblenz is a historic city in southwest Germany, which is considered the gateway to the Upper Middle Rhine Valley with its terraced vineyards and castle ruins. In the city center (this is located in the old town :-)) the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument marks the place where the Rhine and Moselle flow together (the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress can be seen from my apartment). A cable car (within walking distance, approx. 10 minutes from me, directly along the Peter-Altmeier-Ufer) leads up to the fortress, which houses several museums and hosts cultural events. Rhein in Flammen is certainly a highlight of many others :-) With approx. 114,000 inhabitants, Koblenz is the third largest city in Rhineland-Palatinate.
With countless cafes, restaurants, squares, many events and great events, the old town of Koblenz offers almost everything that drives away boredom and stimulates the senses. Great walks on the Moselle or the Rhine (right outside the door) offer relaxation and beautiful views. Koblenz is always a bit like a vacation, that's how I would describe it. All shopping is within walking distance, a taxi stand is a 10-minute walk away; the pedestrian zone is a 5-minute walk away, the train station in approx. 15 minutes, the university (with public transport, the connection is very good), also in a manageably short time.

The wireless doesnt seem to work in the apartment, but it does in the garden and on the balcony.

This area, not the closed apartment, is located on the 2nd floor and is next to the landlady's bathroom!
Here, there may be very rare encounters with the landlady, as the staircase is used by both parties to reach the 2nd floor!
The 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor belongs to the usage area of the single landlady and can only be used by guests, after consultation, at night, in the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor
1st floor, can be shared!
It is not possible to book this bathroom!
Other things to note
The terrace moss is the oldest wine-growing area in Germany.
Narrow valleys and steep rocks characterize the picture, like nowhere else! Vineyards run up the slopes, surrounded by ancient vineyards !
Only 5 km down the Moselle is the Deutsche Eck , where the great cable caravan takes you to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, where you have an enchanting view of the city, Mosel and Rhine! This destination is also within walking distance along the Moselle!
Mosel and Rheinsteig , castles, hiking through the Rupperts- or Ehrbachklamm or through the vineyards, complete the rich leisure offer with breathtaking views while hiking!
Bike trips, boat trips on the Rhine and Moselle, with famous small towns such as Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trarbach, Ediger Eller, Cochem, Winningen, etc. round off the rich possibilities!
