The small studio in the middle of Mainz-Kostheim is cozily and functionally furnished - for sleeping, dining, relaxing, working. Very good connection to Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Darmstadt. Walks on the water! 5 minutes to the Main/Rhine...
The space
The apartment is in a small rear building, on the first floor, which you have all to yourself (separate entrance). We have placed great emphasis on biological materials (e.g. wall paint, floor).
The accommodation is ideal for one person (22 square meters), but can also accommodate 2 people who want to share the bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m).
Small bathroom (approx. 2.00 m x 1.20 m) with shower, sink, toilet.
A washer and dryer are available in the front building and can be used free of charge as part of the normal framework. An iron and ironing board are also available upon request.
There is a small cooking area (an induction plate), a fridge, a sink and a kettle.
A bicycle is also available for free.
You can park on the street or around the corner in the parking lot of the community center.
The nearest bus stop for the bus to Mainz or Wiesbaden is less than two minutes away
The pictures on the walls are works by the Taiwanese avant-garde calligrapher and painter Yang, Tze-Yun, who keeps visiting us on his trips to Europe.

In summer, the courtyard is a nice place to relax - on the wooden veranda or in the hammock.
