Welcome to my home!

I am a trained yoga and tango teacher – my everyday life is characterized by mindfulness, movement and an open, appreciative attitude.
My home is a place of rest, of pause – and open to guests who seek and support this quality.

🔆 In particular, solo travelers, women, or women and children are welcome.

🌿 On request, I also offer private lessons in yoga or tango directly on site – individually tailored, sensitively accompanied. Whether to arrive, refuel or feel deeper into your own body – you are very welcome.

Students also come to me🧘‍♀️ regularly – they appreciate and respect this special atmosphere.
They pay attention to silence, to clear energy in the room, to pleasant scents – and carry this spirit with them.

To keep it that way, I ask you to do a few simple things:

- 🚭 Non-smoking apartment (please also not at the open window)
- 🍷 No alcohol and no drugs in the apartment - if you want to party, you will find plenty of opportunities outside
– 🥦 No cooking of meat or fish – the smell often stays longer than the taste
– 🤫 Mindful handling of noise – especially in the evening hours

The people who feel comfortable here are usually those who pay attention to all the senses: smells, sounds, moods, resonance.

The space
We rent you our beautiful little cottage in a wonderfully location on the edge of the forest near Baden-Baden's center.

The living space, about 65sqm, extends over 2 floors and is well suited for 2 people. The cottage is at the property of an old carpentry shop. On the in-house terrace you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings in the candlelight. Start the day already in the morning with beautiful walks in the nature reserve directly from the front door. On request we are happy to lend you bicycles.
