You will surely feel comfortable in this charming, unique space. I live in the attic in a 5 party house shared with 3 cats. Behind the guest room, it goes into a storage room, which I only enter if I don't disturb you. Bathroom, sep. toilet, kitchen and dining (also my office) I am happy to share with you. You can also use the garden. The room is quietly located to gardens, yet highway, bus, subway and S-Bahn as well as grocery stores are nearby.

Arrival: Please drive into the street "Am Baumolus" from Mucher Str.aus. It's the same there! -(From Ottersbacherstr. it becomes an impassable dirt road)

The room is a separate cottage in front of the main house with its own entrance. There is a single bed downstairs and a mattress, as well as a loft bed with a sturdy wooden ladder and futon mattress 1.60 wide.

To the bathroom you have to go into the main house (= go out to one front door and on the other hand right back in.- Everything covered. There are shoes to slip in. A few steps and 5 steps ( see pictures)-. The bathroom there is separate for guests.

The space is suitable for people who seek tranquility, close to nature and relaxation.

The apartment is in an absolutely central location, 10 minutes' walk to the Westfalenhalle, the soccer stadium or the city. A supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. There are many great restaurants in the surrounding area. The U-Bahn [subway] stations are a 2-minute walk away. Free parking is available in front of the house. It is also possible to rent a parking space in the courtyard. If necessary, it is possible to rent two bicycles to get from point A to point B even faster.

The accommodation is an annex over 2 floors with a separate entrance of a 6 family house. The upstairs bedroom has a 180 cm bed and a closet that offers plenty of space for clothes. Above the bed is a fan with integrated light. With the white remote control under the TV set you can change the light and the speed. In the kitchen, everything is available: a small dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, stove, capsule coffee maker and a normal coffee maker. The bathroom features a rain shower and plenty of towels. On the ground floor there is a sofa that can be converted into two separate beds. There is also a possibility to accommodate more things. A desk and a TV also offer a cozy atmosphere.

At Gut Scheidt we rent a magnificent studio house with great views of the horse pastures and orchards. You will stay in a bright, quiet studio with sleeping loft, open kitchen and bathroom, in the middle of an idyllic horse farm. Gut Scheidt is located in the green triangle of Düsseldorf / Ratingen / Mettmann. It's less than 10 minutes to the A3. The distance to Düsseldorf city center is approx. 25 minutes. The fair and the airport can be reached in 20 minutes. The district town of Mettmann is only 10 minutes away…

The space
The studio house is located directly on the beautiful small equestrian facility Gut Scheidt. 20 horses live on the farm. The entire property is wonderfully embedded in the surrounding fields. The farm is divided into the residential building, as well as the riding hall and stables and to a large extent into green and forest areas. The entire property has a fantastic, well-kept park-like character with its own stream and small pond. We love the absolute tranquility here, our beautiful old trees and enjoy experiencing nature and animals on the edge of the big city.
