The room allocated on 4th floor decor was looking very tired in comparison to previous visits. The shower lever was broken and came away from the shower unit which had obviously been a problem previously for someone due to the amount of marks on the shower tray floor. The pillows allocated were uncomfortable too and do not support you. The building however is in a perfect location for all amenities and the rooms cater adequately for a short stay . It might be worth investing in triple glazing front facing windows of building to reduce the noise from the traffic and people outside the building which would improve people's stay . On the whole I enjoyed my stay purely for the convenience element. Sadly I was not able to rest as planned due to the noise disruption which was a constant throughout the night.However I would still recommend staying if these things are remedied and maintained as I wanted to have the same experience as the first time which was excellent. Sorry that I have had to point these things out. "

Our lovingly furnished detached holiday home is in a quiet location in the municipality of Nümbrecht on the outskirts of Niederbröl on a 10,000 m² plot.

Our guest house is 140 square meters and has a terrace both in front of the house and behind the house. You can accommodate your car in the associated spacious carport.

Our holiday home is comfortably and comfortably furnished with sophisticated equipment.

He asked us to give him Euros 150 deposit as part of security and that he or his house keeper will pay us on the day we'll leave. Now before anyone else says that it's Expedia's policy, I would like to add that a day before I messaged the person who had been dealing with my bookings for this apartment since day 1 asking, "Hello, do we have to pay anything extra when we arrive at the accommodation?" And that person clearly said "No, you don't have to pay anything extra" Obviously we were at ease. But when he asked us to pay this money, we told him everything regarding the conversation we had and even showed him the messages. He refused saying something like the person who was messaging us is my worker and I don't wish to work with him any further. We requested him saying we have kept a limited amount of cash with us and if you ask for such a huge amount, our budget will get disturbed, he was adamant that he wants it so we succumbed. Secondly, I don't recall any of us sleeping peacefully at night because of the hot weather. When we asked for fans he said, "I'm sorry this is the first time it's so hot and I can't do much about it." The thing is, if someone is paying you, you are supposed to accommodate them even if that means buying an extra fan. Secondly, you are supposed to handle your affairs with your workers"

My husband and I, we live in a beautiful maisonette with a rooftop terrasse, in the heart of the hip Kaiserviertel in Dortmund. Our flat has just been re-furnished and it's very cozy. Everything you could need is close-by, but you can also walk straight to the city center in about 15 minutes.
We are vegan and vegetarian. Therefore we kindly forbid to cook or boil meat in our kitchen. Of course you can eat takeaway food in your room which includes meat.

The apartment is on the ground floor and used to be a bakery. The house is from the 19th century and the apartments above were bombed in WW2, except this apartment, that is why it still has 4.3 meter high ceilings and these beautiful tiles.

Usually we are at home and let you in personally. If that doesn't work, there are instructions for a key safe for self-check-in.

We live in the same house. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We're working in the morning.

If you feel like it, you are also welcome to spend time with us and our children.

Other things to note
The room is on the first floor/basement. The entrance area is used by both us and the guests.
A small additional hallway leads to the bathroom and the guest room. This hallway is also the passage to our basement and is also used by us from time to time.
