I am very happy to welcome you in my possession with the beautiful view of Cochemer Reichsburg. My holiday home is located in Cochem-Sehl on a quiet street in Cochem. From the windows of the holiday home you can take a wonderful view of the beautiful vineyard.
There is direct parking in front of the property. If you are arriving by bus or train, you will surely arrive by taxi (2 km from the train station) or on foot. Tel. No. from taxi center is: 02671/8080.

This half-timbered house is decorated in warm colors and tastefully furnished. It has two bedrooms and a living room with a sleeping function and a cable TV. The bathroom has a shower. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and cloakroom. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, food processor and hotplate.
A variety of dining options are nearby and within walking distance.
The shops are literally at your feet. A supermarket is right next to the house.

A great vacation spot for everyone. For children there is Klotti Park with roller coaster and wild animals, a swimming pool and outdoor pool, mini golf and etc. For adults excursion to Trier, Koblenz, golf course, bike paths along the Moselle and many hiking trails. in 1km is the Cochemer Reichburg and Cochem-Center.

Apartment included many extras such as fruit, coffee, tea, snacks, chocolates, etc. Washer and dryer worked well. 3. Close to many restaurants, stores, boating activities, etc. 4. Relatively quiet for an apartment—plenty of space. 5. But the best aspect of this rental is the attitude and the hosts, Helmut and Petra. As an example, on our last day we were scheduled to take the train from Cochem to Koblenz and connect to Stuttgart. The hosts arrived at the rental to inform us that the scheduled train itinerary had a diversion and we would not make our connection without a convoluted bus trip as well. Without going into detail, Helmut and Petra solved our problem with a quite satisfactory alternative, thereby saving the day. They actually turned our potentially disastrous situation into a pleasant journey—we can’t thank them enough."

The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. The house was built on a sloping site, so we have first floor 1 facing the main road and first floor 0 facing the rear neighbors as levels. The apartment is located behind the house, on first floor 0, one level below the main street. We live in the upper town, only a few minutes walk from the center or Reichsburg, but in a green and very quiet area.
