The house is located in Roman street, part of Via Grippa. This was built by the Romans and leads from Trier via the Eifel to Cologne. The Felsenhaus is over 100 years old and was completely restored in 2008. Trier's typical sandstone rocks form the back wall on all levels of the house and give the unique character. The 80 m2 of living space spread over 3 open levels, which are connected by stairs.
Ground floor: dining room, bathroom and kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, water cooker, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer)

This 2018 newly furnished apartment is located in Tarforst, a "green" high-altitude district from Trier - 700 m to the university. This new beautifully cut 62 sqm apartment in the south of Trier is modern and cozy at the same time. The two-story house is located in a quiet side street, where there is almost always a free parking space
The city center area can be reached on foot in just over 10 minutes (it takes about 20 minutes to get to the main market), but the bus can also be taken at the nearby bus stop to quickly reach the surrounding attractions.

The space
The apartment consists of a living room with a 1.60 m wide sofa bed and large TV, a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide French bed, a bathroom with natural light, a spacious shower and a bathtub and last but not least a well-equipped kitchen, where 4 people have plenty of space at the table to enjoy their meals. The windows of the living room and also the kitchen open the view into small well-kept gardens and onto the crowns of the large old, listed trees of a small tranquil park (Schönstatt Sisters) in the immediate neighborhood. For a relaxed sleep, the rooms can be darkened by the electric shutters attached to the soundproof windows.

The apartment was completed in October 2023, it is on the ground floor and covers around 35 m². Parking:
Right in front of the apartment, you will find plenty of free parking spaces, so that unloading luggage and shopping is a breeze. In addition, we offer a parking space in the directly attached covered and fenced off parking garage for extra rent, 5 euros per day.

The apartment has a workstation incl. Wi-Fi, a dining table with three chairs (optional a high chair), a small couch, an armchair and a 40-inch TV (cable TV). It will be a Playstation 3 incl. Play and 2 controllers as well as some board games and books about Trier and surrounding area provided.

The 160x200 double bed offers sleeping facilities as well as an adjustable cot. Bed linen is provided. Additional blankets and pillows are also available.

The apartment is constantly heated by central heating and can be cooled or additionally heated by air conditioning.

A fully equipped pantry kitchen of the brand Stengel included. 2 hobs, a built-in dishwasher and a fridge including. Freezer make it possible for daily cooking. For further preparation of warm food, a Bauknecht microwave (Chefplus MW 49SL) is installed. Here you can prepare pizzas, fries or other food in minutes. The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside.

In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room.

With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.
