The suites were spacious and clean, and the front desk employees were very helpful. It's a little tricky following GPS to get to the front door in a car, because the road signs will make you think you're not allowed to go a certain direction down the street, but after we figured that out, we were fine. You could easily cook an evening meal in the extremely well equiped apartment kitchen, which has a large fridge, cooker, microwave/grill, kettle, coffee maker and dish washer! - "Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. We managed to get into the reception but did not have a code to collect our key for the room. After phoning up the number provided we finally managed to get our room key but it meant a stressful start to our holiday. The location next to a tram stop was good and it was easy to navigate into the city on public transport. Not much else around the hotel though. The room was clean and quiet and suited our needs for a 2 night stay. "

- "Ignore the outside of the building. It's a commercial property so looks like it, but once you're inside who cares. What's important here is the great location. It was an easy, very direct three minute walk from the railway station with cases etc and within spitting distance of a bridge over the canal for a five minute stroll into the city centre. The apartment is perfect for a couple and had all we needed for our stay. It was warm and (mostly) private, as long as you remembered it overlooked other buildings and a tram stop! The management were quite open about things being a bit tired here and there so there weren't any great surprises. And yes, perhaps it could do with some fresh paint and some new towels, but that's just an observation. Overall we were very happy and comfortable and close to a lot of convenient things not of a touristy nature. "

Our apartment is located in Petite France area, in the most beautiful historic part of the city center. The train station is very close (around 10 min walk), a public parking is also very close (8 min, the cost is 12€/24h).
The building (18th century) is in a quiet pedestrian street. The flat is on the 3rd US floor (=2nd french floor), without any elevator but the staircase is wide. The flat was fully renovated in 2018. You will find a large living-room with a comfortable sofabed, TV, wireless access. The kitchen is well furnished with oven, microwave, coffee machine, nespresso, dishwasher...You will find coffee, filters, sugar, teas, a bottle of milk and one of orange juice, jam.
