A bit tricky to find (Google sent us the wrong way round), but then we found the shorter way! Surrounded by fields and Swiss cows with bells, plenty of parking, a code to get into the building, apartment, washing room and parking. The apartment was so modern and had everything you needed (apart from air conditioning - that would be my only improvement!). The apartments are so soundproof that you don't hear any other guests, the main beds are like sleeping on clouds, however the sofa bed was very squeaky (rolling over woke me up everytime!). The tele had the BBC so we got to watch the Olympics (which was a huge unexpected bonus). A 30 min drive to Lucerne, walks and bike rides straight from the door, a local shop 1 min walk away. Everything was very clean and looked brand new, the bathroom was huge!! There are only 4 plates, 4 bowls etc, which never filled up the dishwasher!"

The momentary air conditioning they put on each room were enough, but super Noisy ., I couldn’t sleep because of this. Cozy room in a beautiful old town house. In the middle of the small, historic town of Sempach directly on Lake Sempach. Overlooking the center. Lucerne is 15 minutes away and Sursee is 10 minutes away by car and 30 or 20 minutes away by public transport.

The property is located in an old but atmospheric and cozy house. In the center of Sempach.

For shared use with other guests:

Open lounge in front of the rooms with armchair, bookshelf with books or souvenirs available at Brocki prices. A small cozy terrace invites you to linger.
The kitchen is simply furnished with a fridge, coffee maker, etc.
Next to it is a dining table with four chairs where you can eat and enjoy at any time when free.

It should be mentioned that this is an old, listed old town house with lots of charm. You can make yourself very comfortable.

Since you live in a small town, it is worth mentioning that there are quieter days and it can also be really busy with cars and people who animate the town. The same applies to the house. It is an old house and therefore due to the construction you are never alone. Sometimes you hear the neighbor, sometimes the other guests, but it can also be very quiet on days. The town and the house are alive! Those who love the community are welcome, but those who seek absolute silence will probably not find it here.

Attention !
This year, renovation works are taking place in the house. This may be that the main entrance and elevator are not always clean.

Small cozy room for 2 persons. It is a private room with a shower and toilet. No other rooms for use. It's very quiet even though it's on the main road. From the station, it's 2 km. Bus does not run. It has a bike path all the way to the village.

There are many excursion destinations from here. 10 km to the Marbachegg gondola or 24 km to the Sörenberg. The popular Kambly is 11 km away and open every day.
