The flat is on the mezzanine floor with a view of the greenery and is very stylish, cosy and furnished to a high standard. The double room (26m2) can also accommodate 3 people at an extra charge.

The Guest House Chur is very centrally located, yet very quiet in the beautiful Stampagarten, a protected residential area in the centre of the city of Chur.

A parking space in front of the house is also available free of charge, and the bus stop is only 50 metres from the house. The bakery, shopping centre, railway station, old town, museums and other sights in the centre of Chur are just a few minutes' walk away. The room, located above the most famous Kontakt-Bar in the city, is suitable for those who want to be near the nightlife of Coira, being able to return to the room safely after an evening of fun. Spacious private room with private bathroom. Kitchen, laundry and living room shared with other guests.
Given the location of the room, we reluctantly decided not to accept minors.

The island chosen for this room is reminiscent of the color of wood, a symbol of resistance that dominates, along with the color of sand, on this magnificent island in the north of Brazil.

We offer a cozy, quiet studio, right in the old town of Chur. If you don't like to cook, you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars right outside the front door and in the surrounding area. The range of leisure activities is wide and varied. It is best to arrive by train. The walking distance is 10 minutes. Parking nearby is subject to a charge.

The space
Small but nice! Even if you are in the middle of the city, you will feel the tranquility. In the small kitchen, you will find the necessary basic equipment to conjure up delicious dishes. The bathroom offers a wellness option thanks to the bathtub. Afterwards, you can relax wonderfully with a good movie or book on the couch and what could be better than snuggling up in bed afterwards.
To get into the apartment, you first have to climb two stairs from the entrance door. It should be noted that the house is one of the oldest in the city and thus the construction of the stairs is correspondingly old. Get ready for slightly steeper and narrower stairs than you are used to. If you arrive with large suitcases, you will already have a short workout session behind you after carrying them up.

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland.

It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs.
From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

The space
Our cozy, very quiet studio is ideal for 1-2 persons.
Living and sleeping is a room with about 20 m2, kitchenette approx. 1.7 m2 and shower/WC approx. 2.7 m2.
In the kitchenette, small meals can be prepared, but is not suitable for proper cooking. Porcelain, silver, glasses, etc. everything available. A small, noiseless fridge is in the living room behind the door.

A small apartment renovated by a local architect Rudolf Olgiati. You will enjoy refined design details. Location is in a quiet residential area next to the old town, 10 minutes by walk from the main station. The apartment is modestly furnished entire ground floor and half of the first floor in the house. A double bed, a single bed, fire place and toilet are on the ground floor. A small kitchen and a shower room are on the first floor. No wifi service but bed linen, towels and soap are equipped.
