Despite the simple furnishings, we provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. The property consists of three rooms, each designed for groups of up to four people.

🚪 **Access to the building**
The entrance to the building is a little more special and only possible from the north side (main entrance). We offer a cozy, quiet studio, right in the old town of Chur. If you don't like to cook, you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars right outside the front door and in the surrounding area. The range of leisure activities is wide and varied. It is best to arrive by train. The walking distance is 10 minutes. Parking nearby is subject to a charge.

The space
Small but nice! Even if you are in the middle of the city, you will feel the tranquility. In the small kitchen, you will find the necessary basic equipment to conjure up delicious dishes. The bathroom offers a wellness option thanks to the bathtub. Afterwards, you can relax wonderfully with a good movie or book on the couch and what could be better than snuggling up in bed afterwards.
To get into the apartment, you first have to climb two stairs from the entrance door. It should be noted that the house is one of the oldest in the city and thus the construction of the stairs is correspondingly old. Get ready for slightly steeper and narrower stairs than you are used to. If you arrive with large suitcases, you will already have a short workout session behind you after carrying them up.

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland.

It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs.
From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

The space
Our cozy, very quiet studio is ideal for 1-2 persons.
Living and sleeping is a room with about 20 m2, kitchenette approx. 1.7 m2 and shower/WC approx. 2.7 m2.
In the kitchenette, small meals can be prepared, but is not suitable for proper cooking. Porcelain, silver, glasses, etc. everything available. A small, noiseless fridge is in the living room behind the door.
Separate Internet access (Ethernet / Wifi / TV) is available.
Smoking is of course allowed in the covered seat in front of the studio.

A small apartment renovated by a local architect Rudolf Olgiati. You will enjoy refined design details. Location is in a quiet residential area next to the old town, 10 minutes by walk from the main station. The apartment is modestly furnished entire ground floor and half of the first floor in the house. A double bed, a single bed, fire place and toilet are on the ground floor. A small kitchen and a shower room are on the first floor. No wifi service but bed linen, towels and soap are equipped.

The space
The local architect Rudolf Olgiati renovated the house in 80's. The rent apartment is ca.50m2, entire ground floor and half of 1st floor in the house. It is very beautiful space but it might be a bit cold during winter because of the marble floor and old windows.

It may be compact, but it has everything you need: a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and smart TV. The 100x200 cm bunk bed makes for a restful sleep. Our comfortable accommodation is just a 20-minute walk from Chur train station. The historic old town—the oldest in Switzerland—is about a 10-minute walk away. The base station of the Brambrüesch cable car is only a 5-minute walk from here—perfect for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and for bikers who take the cable car up the mountain and then enjoy the trails back down to Chur.

The accommodation is located in the quiet basement of our house. It is well insulated, comfortably tempered year-round, and ideal for relaxing.

Please note: The windows are typical light well windows, common in many basements. They let in natural light but do not offer an open view. As we have had occasional questions about this, we want to be transparent in advance—thank you for your understanding.

In order to comply with the Swiss Reporting Act, all guests must complete an online check-in. The personalized link leads to the online guest folder with a step-by-step guide and the access code to the apartment. The code won't be visible until check-in time.

🕓 Check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am
During online precheck-in, you can book early check in or late check out, subject to availability and a small fee.

🛎️ 24/7 Service
We provide 24/7 customer service via messenger or email. The goal is to respond within an hour. Response times may vary depending on time of day or high demand.

📶 Wifi and working area
Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment so that you are always online.

🛏️ Bed linen & towels
Fresh bed linen and towels are available in the apartment. You don't have to worry about anything – just enjoy your stay!

🧺 Laundry service
Laundry service can be booked at least 1 day in advance through the guest app (subject to availability). Please note that the service can only be offered upon availability. Alternatively, there is Texsana textile care Chur AG or shopping centers for laundry.

🍼 Crib & Chair
A cot and high chair can be booked via the guest app at an extra cost. These must be reserved at least 1 day before arrival.

The apartment is located in a pedestrian zone and is not directly accessible by car. Parking garages are nearby, and there is limited free parking (19:00-07:00) on the Arcas or Grabenstraße. Details can be found in the online guest folder.

we have a beautiful flat un the old town of Chur
surrounded with the Swiss Alps, and amazing nature all around. the house is fully equipped and very cosy!

we live in the old city, near a beautiful piazza with a swwt coffee place :) our apt has 2 large room and one large living space. the kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table too!
