From the house you have a great view of the Martinsloch and the original Glarus Alpine landscape. The house is located right in the middle of the village. In summer and winter, you can enjoy nature and the typical Swiss surroundings.

The apartment is located on the two upper floors of the house. Two bedrooms, a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, small bathroom with bathtub are waiting for you :-)

The space
The property is right in the center of Elm. The bakery is right around the corner, where you can buy the typical Glarus pear bread. A small grocery store is within walking distance. Likewise, an ATM and a small clothing store. Everything is within a 5-minute walk.
The gondola lifts take you to a wonderful hiking paradise for large and small. You don't need to get in the car for that either. Everything is within walking distance or by bus. Panixer Pass and Segnes Pass are more demanding day trips and take you to the Bündnerland. If you are lucky and patient, you can watch marmots (Glarus dialect "Mungge") and chamois and maybe even ibexes.

Other things to note
There is enough space at the house to unload when you arrive and to reload when you return home. You can then park your car in the large municipal parking lot. You will find it when you drive back to the Volg (grocery store). Right in front of it, turn sharply right into the street, which leads you to the parking lot. There is also a sign.
