Our new house was completed in 2017.

It is located in a quiet, south-facing location in the middle of Gortipohl and is easily accessible by car in every season. You will find us on a small hill with a wonderful view of the mountains. The bus stop can be reached in two minutes on foot and takes you to the skiing and hiking paradise Silvretta Montafon. Numerous restaurants are also within walking distance.

Our new apartment (64m²) consists of two bedrooms, each with shower / toilet (incl. Hairdryer). Satellite TV is available in both rooms and in the kitchen. The kitchen-living room has a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...) and a large comfortable sofa.
The covered and illuminated sun terrace with sunbathing area is accessible via the kitchen-living room and both bedrooms. The apartment has a separate entrance with a cloakroom and ski boot dryer. Free WiFi available.

Beds are wonderful and kitchen has everything you need. The view from the patio over the church to the mountains is wonderful. It is great being in amongst lovely farmhouses, with easy short walks from the door (and no doubt longer ones but we were there in April so snowy up high). The all-weather pool Aquarena and the valley stations of the Valiserabahn and Grasjochbahn, which takes you to the top ski area Silvretta Montafon, can be reached in just 2 minutes by car.

Our house is at the end of an entrance of 2 houses, has no adjacent street and is therefore absolutely family-friendly and quiet.
