The more than 350-year-old former Montafon mountain farm is located at 1140m above sea level above Schruns in the Montafon in a unique, secluded location. The former mountain farm offers space for up to 12 people.

The breathtaking panorama offers the right ambience for everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation, far away from the hectic everyday life, at any time of the year. The large fenced patio is ideal for dog owners. Dogs are very welcome and live free of charge. Despite our idyllic, secluded location, we can be reached by car all year round.

The guest area extends over 2 floors and has 5 double rooms, 1 small additional room with double bed, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath/toilet, 2 complete. equipped kitchens and 1 lounge with satellite TV.

Our guest house is heated with a modern pellet system supported by 14m² solar panels. All water consumption is supplied by the in-house spring.

In three minutes by car you can reach the centre of St. Gallenkirch, where you will find several shops, various restaurants, bakeries, etc. The cross-country skiing and skating lounges are only two minutes away.



The cross-country skiing and skating trail is right next to the house, the cycling and walking trail is only 50 m away. Behind it lies the idyllic Ill stream. The Aquarena swimming pool is a 15-minute walk away.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants and attractive bars in the centre. The ski lift is only 900 m away. The free ski bus stops within 50 m of your chalet.

The chalet, where you will be the only guests, is suitable for up to 24 people. The entrance is through the attractive, spacious living and dining room, which features a comfortable sofa and an open fireplace for cosy evenings in. The luxury kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a large hob, fast dishwasher, large fridge, a separate fridge for drinks, 2 ovens and a microwave. There's underfloor heating throughout the entire accommodation. The living room opens out onto a sunny terrace, which is a great place to sit and admire the beautiful mountain landscape.

The 6 modern bathrooms and 8 bedrooms with high-quality, luxury interiors are spread across 2 floors. Each bedroom has a TV and a safe. Some bedrooms have a balcony.
After a day of hiking, mountain biking, skiing or cross-country skiing, you can relax in your private wellness area with Finnish sauna.

There's a communal storage room for skis and boots. Each chalet is equipped with a drying room for drying ski suits. You'll also have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.

It's possible to have your breakfasts and/or dinners in the adjacent hotel against an additional fee. (Please note that during low season the hotel can be partly closed). Bread service is also available.

Gaschurn is located almost at the end of the dead-end Montafon valley (in summer, it's possible to drive to Ischgl via the Silvretta Hochalmstrasse). The village never lost its authentic character, making it very suitable for families with children. It's a great area, both in winter and in summer.
Gaschurn is on the border of the Silvretta Montafon ski resort. The ski lift in the village takes you up to 2,010 metres altitude. The skiing area is quite large and sufficiently challenging for snowboarding and alpine skiing enthusiasts.

There is only a maximum of 5 parking spaces at the house per Alpine chalet.

Since the chalet is equipped with high quality furnishings and subsequent guests also wish to use the services and furnishings, a deposit of EUR 500.00 is due for the duration of the stay. The homeowner will contact you to pay this deposit.

The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided that the house has been delivered free of defects. Shortages and damages will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded to the account specified by the tenant within 14 days after the end of the rental period, minus any extras booked.

Please note that if the house is not delivered broom clean and the garbage has been cleared away, we will charge 50.00 euros for extra cleaning and 15.00 euros for clearing up any garbage left behind etc.

The house was deliberately renovated as a listed building and great importance was attached to sustainable materials. There are some historical highlights to discover, for example, hand-painted wallpaper was preserved and modernly staged. Nevertheless, the layout is well thought out and offers common areas on the first floor with a bar, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.



On the two upper floors there are a total of five guest rooms with double beds and respective en suite bathrooms. Two of the rooms have an additional separate room with a single bed. Perfect for kids.



In the attic there is a suite for two persons with a small kitchen and an en suite bathroom.



In the vaulted cellar is a small wellness oasis with infrared sauna and two additional bathrooms.

- "Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und in hochwertigem Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist ausreichend für 6-8 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt. Auch der Brötchenservice hat immer perfekt funktioniert und die Brötchen sind wirklich köstlich. Insgesamt hatten wir nach einer sehr stressigen Zeit zuhause eine wirklich wunderbare Auszeit in geschmackvollem Ambiente und kamen gut erholt nachhause zurück. Putzeimer mit Lappen, damit auch zwischendurch weggewischt werden kann. (vielleicht fehlte es auch nur bei uns, in der Auflistung der Einrichtungsgegenstände war er vorgesehen). Unterlage auf die der Hundenapf gestellt werden kann (z.B. Plastikunterlage für Schuhe). Leider schlabbern die Vierbeiner gerne. Der Holzboden ist zu schade und am Kamin gibt es Flecken. - aber das ist wirklich Anregung auf Luxusniveau! Es war alles super!"

There's underfloor heating throughout the entire accommodation. The living room opens out onto a sunny terrace, which is a great place to sit and admire the beautiful mountain landscape. You'll also have 4 high-quality and luxuriously decorated bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms at your disposal. Each bedroom has a TV and a safe. Some bedrooms have a balcony. After a day of hiking, mountain biking, skiing or cross-country skiing, you can relax in your private wellness area with Finnish sauna. There's a communal storage room for skis and boots. Each chalet is equipped with a drying room for drying ski suits. You'll also have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Two cozy bedrooms welcome families or friends travelling together, each designed for comfort and privacy. The modern bathroom includes a shower and, like the entire home, has been thoughtfully and tastefully renovated. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find high-end appliances, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso maker – everything you need to start your day right.

The house also offers a bicycle garage and a wall box for recharging the electric car.

The skiing area is quite large and sufficiently challenging for snowboarding and alpine skiing enthusiasts. There is only a maximum of 10 parking spaces per Alpine chalet for 48 people. Since the chalet is equipped with high quality furnishings and subsequent guests also wish to use the services and furnishings, a deposit of EUR 500.00 is due for the duration of the stay. The homeowner will contact you to pay this deposit. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided that the house has been delivered free of defects. Shortages and damages will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded to the account specified by the tenant within 14 days after the end of the rental period, minus any extras booked. Please note that if the house is not delivered broom clean and the garbage has been cleared away, we will charge 50.00 euros for extra cleaning and 15.00 euros for clearing up any garbage left behind etc.

The Hüsli Alpenrose is a detached wooden cottage for 2-4 people. In summer, the terrace with sun loungers is at your disposal. In winter, our guests get a ski safe, for €28 per week, at the Versettla valley station. The cottage consists of a kitchen, bathroom, double room and a large living/bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed. Overall, there is about 40 m² of living space. There is also a parking space at your disposal.

The space
The Hüsli Alpenrose is a wooden cottage with its own entrance and terrace. You are completely undisturbed and alone. Should questions arise, you can always reach me by phone. My parents live directly across from the cottage and are also happy to help.

Guest access
The entire cottage (about 40 m²) is reserved for you alone. You can move around completely freely.

Other things to note
Next to the cottage is a small stream, which only very rarely runs. To date, no one has been bothered.

A fully equipped wooden kitchen made of silver fir with stainless steel worktop, dishwasher, ceramic hob, wine cooler, coffee machine, kettle makes kitchen hearts beat faster. Crockery from Villeroy & Boch and wine glasses from Leonardo and cozy cozy corners with original Montafoner table from 1830 let the food taste good.

The location in the heart of Schruns is quiet. Just leave your car at home, you can reach stores, restaurants, cafés & train station and then the local mountain (largest ski area) in a 1-minute walk. Arriving by train is also quick and easy, as the train station and bus terminal are only a 1-minute walk away.

The solar system on the roof makes the Neni almost heat self-sufficient. A wallbox supplies electric cars in the free parking lot with electricity.

The ingenious lighting concept plays with tiny spherical elements. The lights can be dimmed naturally. There are remote-controlled vertical awnings to darken the panoramic windows.

Of course, there is free internet and two large flat-screen TVs for tired athletes after plenty of fresh air in the great outdoors.

Skis and snowboards can be stored in the vestibules, and boot warmers keep your shoes warm.

You have two terraces with charming garden furniture in a flower garden with an unobstructed view of the mountains. A large barbecue provides culinary delights in the great outdoors. You can pick fresh ingredients daily from our own berry, fruit and herb garden. They are of course free of charge.

You will be welcomed personally on site. You will receive all information about the Neni and Schruns electronically in advance. The Neni has a comprehensive electronic information folder for this purpose. You can also carry out a pre-check-in in advance so that you can obtain the useful guest card quickly and easily. Our house is an over 350 year old Montafon mountain farm, and is situated at 1140m altitude above Schruns in a unique location. Our house is ideal for groups of up to 10 people and is open all year. The breathtaking panorama in every season offers the right ambience for all the peace and quiet, away from the busy world looking. Enjoy the traditional, rustic atmosphere of this oasis force without sacrificing the creature comforts of our time

The space
Despite the idyllic secluded location we are accessible year-round by car. To the house via approximately 3.5 km long mountain road. The drive from Schruns takes 10-15 minutes. During the winter months the road is regularly cleared and gritted, so our house is always accessible by car.

During the spring, summer and autumn months, our house is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and walks. Even in winter, we are in the middle this place only. Our house is slightly below the middle station of the Hochjoch cable car (ski area Silvretta Montafon). During the winter season we offer our guests a shuttle to the valley run, which leads a curve above the house over. The ride to the valley run takes about 5 minutes and already kanns go. On the freshly groomed valley run without the hassle of relocating the parking lot, it immediately goes to the slopes! The house can be followed.

The oldest parts of our house is about 350 years old. to obtain and are the modern needs 'old values', is our goal. Hot and cold running water, electricity, wireless, satellite TV, underfloor heating, boot dryer, modern sanitary facilities with spa shower and more, we have integrated without destroying the coziness of the old farm. The modern pellet plant combined with solar panels, ensure that it is warm in the house, and any time there is enough hot water available. On request we will heat during the winter months to the wood stove for our guests.

The combination of modern comfort and the rustic flair of the old montafoner wooden architecture, lend the hotel its unique character. Originally built and repeatedly expanded traditionally all generations lived under one roof for the large peasant family in to have a "home", our house is now an ideal place for groups up to 10 persons. Whether for a family reunion in which being together is in the foreground, or stricken as a resting, power and Entschleunigungsplatz for all stress, our house is ideal for those looking to escape from our busy lifestyles. The guest area is spread over 2 floors, and has 5 double rooms and 1 twin room, 2 showers, 2 WC, 1 bath / WC, 2 compl. equipped kitchens and 1 lounge with satellite TV. Our house is constantly being redeveloped and adapted little by little to the modern demands of our time. our guest house with a modern pellet boiler is heated which is supported with 14m² solar panels. The total water consumption is supplied by the in-house source. Enjoy the particularly good water directly from the tap.
