Our charming holiday home with two apartments is in an idyllic location above Oberstdorf with a great view of the Nebelhorn. An ideal starting point for hikes with the family.

On the ground floor is the spacious living area with open kitchen and access to the terrace, hallway and toilet. The Danish fireplace connects the kitchen (with counter and dining table) and the open living area. Via the stairs you enter the basement with bedroom and bathroom incl. Bathtub and shower ( shower heightmax.1.83 m). A basement room for skis, and its own washing machine is available.
The CAR parking space is right in front of the house.

The space
The Danish fireplace connects the kitchen to the living area in a relaxed open atmosphere. There you can relax on the feel-good couch with stereo or flat screen TV.

Guest access
The apartment can be accessed by separate access. In the entrance area there is a wind trap with a wardrobe and extra toilet.
In front of the House a parking lot is reserved for you.

Other things to note
The Oberstdorf tourist tax (adults €2.60 & children €1.95) and the deposit for the guest cards must be paid separately and paid on site. The keys are handed over via removal from the safe (located at Bachstr.3, office house and home) in Oberstdorf.

The house with old wood is modern and luxuriously renovated. It's just 3-5 minutes to the train station /pedestrian zone/ shopping.
