Our non-smoking apartment "Fink" is located about a 7-minute walk from the town center in the Lower Market, on a quiet side street. The apartment is bright, has a beautiful south-facing terrace, and a garage parking space.

Our rental price includes the cable cars in the summer time (May-October) and covers the tourist tax, which is shown as an administrative fee in the offer (€3.80 per night, per person).

It has WIFI, a modern flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement.

The kitchen is modernized and equipped with an induction cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee and Nespresso machines, toaster, egg cooker, water kettle, and radio.

The bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and underfloor heating was completely renovated in November 2020.

The large south-facing terrace (completely renovated in the summer of 2024) is partially covered and furnished with an awning. A garage parking space (No. 5) belongs to the apartment. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the mountain railways are included with this apartment!

It saved us €90 on the Nebelhornbahn and let us travel by bus to a large number of attractions in the area. We hope to be able to return to Oberstdorf and this rental in the future. The only thing we wished for was an explanation of how trash is sorted and where it should be taken. This has been different in every town we’ve visited and the info isn’t very easy to find on the web (for a non-German, at least)."

The lovingly furnished, completely renovated in 2019, privately rented apartment is located on the 2nd Floor (elevator) of an apartment house in Oberstdorf-Tiefenbach with free WiFi connection.
The apartment is 53 m² and has a large south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. In the living room there is a couch that can be converted into a comfortable sleeping place. The cozy dining area offers plenty of space for 4 people.
The bedroom has new, comfortable mattresses and the beds have an elevated entry.
The built-in kitchen has a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and an oven. The kitchen has a window and contains everything the housewife needs, e.g. B. sufficient dishes, cutlery and glasses. SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA IN THE HOUSE: The indoor pool in the house is 5 x 10 m (approx. 155 deep). Swim a few laps before breakfast? Or immersing yourself in the water after hiking, cycling or skiing? Just lovely! Perhaps still in connection with the sauna - pure relaxation. And enjoy the wonderful sun on the balcony between the sauna sessions - a nice way to round off your vacation. Use of the indoor pool (open daily until 10 p.m.) is free of charge. The swimming pool and sauna are easily accessible by elevator. The swimming pool will be closed for cleaning work after the autumn holidays in Bavaria until mid-December.

In front of the front door: If you want to eat well, there are good restaurants available (within walking distance in a few minutes).
Or do you want to swing your leg? Then you are exactly right in the Brunnenstadl of the Hotel Brunnenhof (Mondays and Thursdays). There, father and son make great dance music in a cozy ambience - you can also enjoy the delicious duck, which is freshly prepared (upon reservation).

The Neighborhood:
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in bester Lage zentral in Oberstdorf am Kurpark, in dem regelmäßig verschiedene Veranstaltungen stattfinden.
Nebenan findet Ihr das "Loft" - mit dem Restaurant"Ondersch" und dem Oberstdorfer Kino.
Von euer Wohnung könnt ihr alles in Oberstdorf in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen. Ihr könnt problemlos zum Bus oder sogar bis zur Nebelhornbahn laufen. Zur Skisprungschanze kommt ihr in etwa 15 Minuten bummeln. Am Bahnhof seid ihr in 7 Minuten. Viele gute Restaurants und ausgeh Möglichkeiten sind ohne Auto zu erreichen und laden euch dazu ein eure Zeit in Oberstdorf besonders zu genießen.
Im gesammten Ortskern gibt es viel zu entdecken und zu genießen.

Direkt unter dem Haus befindet sich euer Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit außreichend Platz für alle gängigen Fahrzeuggrößen. Bei Bedarf kann ein zweiter Stellplatz gebucht werden.

Ihr befindet euch zentral in Oberstdorf. Von hier aus könnt ihr alles im Ort in wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Mit dem Auto kommt ihr nach kurzer Fahrtzeit zu eurem Ziel.
