Very clean. Location very good for access to the old town. Lots of Parking on site. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a fantastic Greek restaurant in the building which is not managed by the hotel.( However,this is where you take breakfast). When we visited the breakfast was very busy and some items were unavailable. The staff on reception are exceptional.. very helpful. Everything was first class. The only suggestion that I can give is that robes be made available ( especially because you negotiate steps to the bathroom in this type of room). Also, it would be appreciated to have cotton sheets on the mattress not the fitted type as used. Otherwise all is good.!"

The automated key retrieval process was a little unusual, but easy and efficient. We loved that this hotel is right inside the city center with plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of breads, meats, cheeses, juices, fruit, cereal, hot drinks etc. The morning staff was very friendly and made everybody who requested it some scrambled eggs. The only inconvenience was the parking situation. All cars have to park in a public lot about 3 min walk away. It was free from 7 pm to 9 am, which worked out well for us. We'd love to come back."

We particularly recommend the popular weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, next to the beautiful basilica, baroque church of St. Lorenz and Residenz, the former monastery with its beautiful gardens.

Before I became a vacation home, I was looked after by a lovely elderly lady for many years.

A few years ago, Florian turned me into a vacation apartment *flooded with light*. I am in the beautiful town of Kempten, the metropolis of the Allgäu ... mountains, green meadows, blue lakes, lots of opportunities for leisure and sport. The charming town center is just a few minutes' walk away and offers many sights and shopping experiences.

We particularly recommend the popular weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, next to the beautiful basilica, baroque church of St. Lorenz and Residenz, the former monastery with its beautiful gardens.

You enter my cozy realm via the spiral staircase and beautiful terrace sheltered under larch trees and can feel at home and relax with me.
