- "My husband and I arrived in beautiful Fussen and ended up driving in a part of town that we were not supposed to be driving in. I immediately called Peter (out host) from the car explaining our situation and he told us not to move and he would be to our car in just a few minutes. Once we got upstairs to the apartment Peter proceeded to show us around the apartment which was beautiful and then gave us a brief history lesson of Fussen and things we might like to do. We only stayed 3 nights in Fussen and loved every minute of it. I believe this is my favorite area in all of Germany. And we could not have asked for a more attentive host than Peter. The building is a very old historic building but with modern amenities which we just loved. It felt like we were living a few days back a few hundred years ago, but with the comforts of today We definitely can’t find anything like this in the U.S. I could have stayed here forever."
