The space
Two-story living area (ground floor and upper floor: 93m2) plus a basement (123m2 total) with south orientation ensure a spacious living experience with a spacious and cozy living, dining area with fireplace, as well as a modern, high-quality equipped kitchen. Three spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a comfortable pull-out couch offer pleasant luxury for up to 8 persons during your stay. Two spacious daylight baths (including an en-suite bathroom) with a private toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet.
The sun terrace is equipped with sun-loungers and an outdoor dining area as well as a super Weber gas grill. The two south-facing balconies on the upper floor also have seating to enjoy the panoramic view. The in-house basement (basement) has direct access to two underground parking spaces with another spacious wardrobe. There are also two outdoor parking spaces in front of the entrance area.
Furnishings: Our chalet house awaits you with equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. Oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen appliances such as Nespresso and filter coffee machine, tea/water and egg cooker, toaster, raclette grill and fondue set are available as well as cable TV, four flat screen TVs (Netflix and Amazon ready to use), safe and free WiFi as well as two hair dryers. Private washing machine and dryer are also provided in the basement of Chalet Haus Paradiso.
Children: Numerous cards and board games are available for time together with family and friends. Crib and high chair can be provided.
Included: Two underground parking spaces (also suitable for parking the bicycles) and two outdoor parking spaces for car and bicycles; bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided; free winter ski spots at the Schönjochbahn valley station for your winter sports equipment; free SUPER.SOMMER.CARD from June to October.

Welcome to Haus Aventurin, your perfect choice for an unforgettable stay in Fiss at the foot of the Samnaun Group. The high plateau Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, hidden in the mountain world of Tyrol, is the first place to go for families, active vacationers and connoisseurs. (1400 meters altitude-annually 2000+ hours of sunshine) The accommodation has 3 cozy apartments to meet the needs of families, groups and couples. Each of the apartments is equipped with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV and a private bathroom.
Aventurin is centrally located in the village and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. You can enjoy nature to the fullest while walking on the trails or roaming through the forest. For relaxation, cool off in the Wolfsee lake.
The Schönjochbahn (cableway) is a 10-minute walk away. There are 3 free outdoor car parking spaces at the accommodation. Thanks to the subway in Serfaus, the multiple gondolas and the hiking bus, the car is hardly needed in the 3 villages.
In Summer, numerous hiking tours with playful entertainment, the Bike-Eldorado S-F-L, via ferratas or the summer fun park Fiss (family hiking trail for strollers, summer sleigh run, petting zoo, etc.) attract.
In winter, snow-covered slopes, magnificent ski runs and a romantically glittering winter landscape await. Fun in the white is guaranteed on 214 kilometers of slopes. (snow guaranteed until spring) Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is definitely one of the top family ski resorts in Europe. (Child care and children's ski courses)
For freeriders there are 12 backcountry routes. In the 6 fun-areas freestylers can really push themselves.
