Penthouse flat with a gigantic view of the mountain panorama, tastefully furnished with everything your heart desires. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The flat was newly renovated in 2016 and 2019 and adapted to current requirements. The location is quiet and yet close to the village centre, bus station reachable in 5min. There are three bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 x 200x200cm bed, 1 x 140x200cm, 1 x 2 beds each 90x200cm with additional sofa bed in the room). There are wall cupboards in all rooms, providing plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. There is additional space for shoes or more in the hallway just outside the front door. The building has a lift, a private parking space outside and a reserved parking space in the garage.

The very charming historic chalet Stöckli was a stable in the 19th century and was converted into a residential building in the 1940s. A long family tradition left its unmistakable mark. Despite this long history, the house has modern comforts with TV/Internet. A parking space in a nearby parking garage is included. There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms and an additional folding mattress (160x200) for the children on request.

The Chalet Söni enjoys a fantastic location in the middle of the ski area. It is a 3-minute walk to the lifts and the ski school (free for children). You can ski directly from the slope in front of the house.

The space
The Söni has a wonderful view of the mountains from all sides. The house belongs to my mother. I also spend time in it again and again. It is cozy with wooden furniture. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a door to the terrace and a single room next to it. This includes a shower with toilet. There is also a practical storage room with a washing machine and dryer, where you can also store ski gear.
The first floor is made entirely of wood, which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. There is a small kitchen open to the living room. In addition, the master bedroom is next to it with a bathroom and toilet. Good WiFi is available.
A balcony with a table and bench creates a cozy sunny spot overlooking the sheep's back, the western part gives evening sun overlooking the Weisshorn.

The house is at the end of a private road. As neighbors, there are 3 houses that also belong to our family. They are not bothered by cars and children can play in the snow in peace. On the sunny side, there is a balcony with a table and bench and chairs. Simple deck chairs are also available in the garage with outside access.

We rent this cozy luxury chalet in Innerarosa. It is located directly on the ski slope, 2 minutes from the "Hörnli-Express" gondola. It is located on a one-way street in a very quiet area with other individual chalets. The view is beautiful overlooking the mountains. We offer a large parking space for 2 cars. The bus stop is nearby (about 8 minutes on foot) and free of charge. There are many shops (Coop, clothing stores, pharmacy, etc.) in the center (about 5 minutes).

The chalet has been newly renovated. There are 3 bedrooms (1x double bed 180 x 200, 2x double bed 140 x 200). On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower/toilet. In the lower area, there is a wellness area with a spacious shower and whirlpool bathtub. It also has a balcony with a cozy lounge and a large seating area in the garden.
